- I sculpted Wallace from Aardman Animation's "Wallace & Gromit" in stop motion from a 40lb block of sharp cheddar. Cheese was leftover from a different project with Tillamook cheese, that would've been thrown out. No cheese was wasted, it was either given to friends or eaten by me! (and couldn't be donated due to FDA rules) Characters & Music belong to Aardman Animations.

The stop motion was really nice. It even fit the theme, with how precise and visible the movements were. No small fiddly bits, it was all clear movements. As well as how the cheese almost looked like clay, they way it was being squished into shape.

Ok but can we all just appreciate how well this was done. Stop motion is really hard and the fact this guy did it with his hands in the frames is really impressive. I'd like to know how it was done.
@@iamgibberish but the fact their hands are positioned so well. Alot of the frames need to be completely paused for everything to be shifted into the next, so they would've had to
-do one frame with hands in frame
-stop to position the cheese for the next frame (some of the things the hands do in the video are physically impossible in practice but possible frame by frame
-then reposition their hands for the next frame
