Why no Halloween Noelle and teacher Charlotte for damage reduction/silence and more counterattacks?
Clover Noelle applies 35% dmg lower to EVERY enemy where halloween only applies it to attackers. The main problem for mono blue is TURN 1 WILLIAM-MEREO COMBO and she is a DEFENDER and NOT ATTACKER so halloween cant lower mereo's damage.
Overall, charlotte could work but shes better against mono red to block the skill 2. Clover noelle is better against mereo teams.
This video made me REALLY excited for Zora, Honestly I'm kinda upset that he is blue BUT mono blue makes me excited so

@@ViralStoryHub No, Zora is just faster. Zora has a buff too that adds +15 Speed at start of battle if Mono-blue. If Yuno and Zora would have totally same gears and talents, Zora goes first.
william A2 so that the start of the turn enemy has a shock effect, and SP Sora must be Full Awakened so it can give defense buff
The shock effect really doesnt do much tho lol luck is gonna use his s2 turn 1 and he wont be needing to get his ult back turn 1.

Julius isnt really cutting it luck works because on mono blue hes able to get to 90% damage reduction at dupe 2
Yep i was right, i was calling it, that C.william and zora is busted. plus luck is good with C.william.
the thing is people like "damaging" units and are dissmissive of tanks. mono blue is up there just like every team there's some investment needed

yea, use the standard build (i think that's waht they call it)
ceremony Charlotte, William, Mereo (or julius), and Basta
but mono green against mono blue is definitely better
I have never lose a single fight when there are luck in the enemy team not joking, not even whales in jp plays mono blue at the moment
