@@elowynlefayI loved and agree with ALL your choices - many of those are my favorites and there are a few that have made their way onto my wish list. A few others I enjoyed were "Learn the Tarot" by Joan Bunning (I think may be called "The Big Book of Tarot" now), "Kitchen Table Tarot" by Melissa Cynova and "Tarot: No Questions" Asked by Theresa Reed.

I have thought about getting the Guided Tarot book & deck set you showed at the beginning and using the deck as flash cards and writing keywords on them. As of now, the set is only $1 more than just the book on Amazon

A great list for those that are new, as well as seasoned, to tarot. You. have a couple of books that I never even heard of before! However, they are in my book lists now.
A favorite beginner's book for me is Tina Gong's Tarot: Connect With Yourself, Develop Your Intuition, Live Mindfully. For me, the way this book is laid out is so aesthetically pleasing. It doesn't reinvent the wheel yet, I enjoy this book when I want to refresh my abilities.
