I honestly couldn't tell you exactly why, but watching the show on Monday and watching this BTS back has made me cry each time 🥺 I've been an EE fan for over 25 years and it's brilliant to see it on the up again ❤ well done to all involved ❤ and congratulations to Jamie and Emma xx

This showed just how hard filming can be but everyone did so well and its nice to see the editing process as thats something Im really interested in.

I was curious if they ran the whole marathon or just sections to look like they ran it but fair play, hope they raised lots of money for charity in the process ❤❤❤, congrats guys 🎉🎉

No matter how many times I press the closed caption button, I can’t get rid of those burnt-in subtitles. 😡
Funny how Emma and Jamie/Honey and Jay are given their medals the second the cross the line but none of the random members of the public who happened to finish at the same time are being handed theirs. Clearly in reality you don't actually get your medal until later but Eastenders slightly cheated things to make for better tv. Not a criticism just an oberservation. I totally get why. The reality would be impractical and boring.
You do receive your medal straight away. Runners walk forward (which was just out of shot) and the medal is put around their necks by volunteers. The crew needed more room (and not get in the way) so stood to the side. Hope that helps 😊

Billy should have done the London Marathon instead of Honey since Lola was his Granddaughter and not Honey's

All sizes can complete a marathon. And they do. Running isn’t just for the very thin. Thank goodness. I actually put ON a few pounds training for London marathon as you are hungry most of the time.
This type of comment is exactly why my friend was so nervous and conscious of doing the marathon. He isn't slim by any means and not a runner but was running in memory of his dad and raised much needed funds for his charity. So anyone can do it if they put their mind to it and train hard. Size shouldn't even come into it.
