- Richard Herring, a comedian who straddles England's North/South divide like a podcasting colossus, joins the boys for a deep dive into one of Somerset's deepest dives.
It's Cheddar Gorge! Somerset's answer to the question, "Which Somerset attraction is almost as good as Wookey Hole?" Prepare to meet the Witches of Pocklington, the Devil (himself), grumpy gravediggers and what might be the birth of a new cryptid...
You can catch Richard on his Can I Have My Ball Back? UK Tour. And please give generously to his Movember fundraiser: www.justgiving.com/page/ballback

Love seeing the show in this medium too. ❤
It’ll be awesome if the episode were always recorded and played like this!❤❤
Alasdair was excellent on RHLSTP. I laughed through most of it. And he seemed the reverse of nervous, rather relaxed. Thanks for this episode, it was fun.
It's only natural to ask whether cheddar was ever stored in Cheddar Gorge, but I'm disappointed no one inquired as to whether Wookiees ever lived in Wookey Hole.
Good question.
Is that Taskmaster Champion Richard Herring?
*champion of champions you mean!
Oof the spoilers. Mine own fault for watching them out order!
@@harkenblitz892 ...or maybe not... 😬
Hahaha❤
Not meaning to be difficult, but I don't think gerbils' tails fall off. Nearly 50 years ago I had a roommate who had gerbils and he occasionally picked them up by the tails. (I can't remember why and he probably shouldn't have, but whatever...) The tails never fell off, but the gerbils would spread their front and back legs as if concerned about falling. (He never dropped them and didn't help them that way very long.) Could you be thinking of lizards?

Could your housemate have had lizards??
I am thinking about lizards now tho. Surprisingly smelly.
@@Loremen Ha! Actually he did. But he didn't keep them with the gerbils. And he didn't pick them up by their tails.

Is James marking homework. He keeps glancing away...
Whilst James does have strong "supply geography teacher" energy he was checking notes.
Also he moves away from the mic to breathe in
Richard. Sorry I've just woke up😳
