Hi Jesse! Have been following your channel from the last couple of months, like it a lot! Looking at this video I got a question... do you use any kind of BIM process in your company?
Maybe I'm taking this too literal, but when reading up on the cash-flow quadrant, they discuss building systems that encourage and enable work for staff. Are these the types of things they are referring to with regard to establishing systems in a construction context? I've been fascinated with efficiency improvements and the items you outline here are perfectly in line with what I'm thinking.

My question is - have you looked at google sites at all and do you think it will do the same job as your square space example? I’m currently building my internal web on google sites and would love to hear your opinion.

I love everything Google! I use Google drive, sheets, docs, and of course gmail. I have never used Google sites. Let me know how it works!

Great stuff with the systems. I use WordPress for my website. Will you be selling your systems and templates? If they aren’t overkill and work for a residential remodeling contractor, I’d like some more info if you’ll be selling a package deal in the future.
You set an extremely great example as to what a contractor business owner should be doing. Too many contractor business owners still strap on their tool belt and work in their business when in reality they need to hang the belt up and let the calluses fade away and work on their business instead.
