Dhrupadi Dhunda (Documentary film on Chhou dance) (partial version)

A documentary film on Chhou the folk dance of Bengal and on the last legend of Chhou dance Dhananjay Mahato (Dhunda)- 'Dhrupadi. Realsed on 2004 screened at Nandan with CBFC (Govt. cinema hall) and screened in number of film fests, duration 30 mints. This is a film on Chhou dance, a folk dance of Purulia. It also narrates the story of Dhananjay Mahato (Dhunda) and on the struggle of Chhou dancers. The documentary depicts the thought of making Chhou as a classical dance form, compared with other classical form of dances of India.
