@@ozgursenturk11-11 i have VERY poor memory, what a blessing! i have to realize or Be, by just following these road signs, stepping stones then no memory is needed
@@ozgursenturk11-11 hi, yes I see what you mean friend 🌻
@@ozgursenturk11-11 Sometimes the Light is shining in me
Other times i can barely see
It’s just that memory don’t work for me
Just can’t rely on memory you see
Is what I was trying to say to Thee
Sometimes i try to remember so much stuff it can get in the way of just hearing, is what happens to me. But my memory is bad so maybe works different for you
Very wise and insightful person.the process makes one realise that everything begins with the attention
Oh Jayasara, I woke up and read this quote “No one and nothing can free you but your own understanding” and I laughed :) Spirit always knows exactly what I need to hear! Especially during moments of doubt and getting caught up in concepts. Then I listened to this direct and beautiful teaching. But I was already finished. Thank you for this blessed insight 🧡💙💚
Blessing and gratitude 🙏🏾
Deepest Gratitude 🙏❤️🙏
When you actually see a thing - thoughts, feelings, body - you stop being that thing
Very profound point, but then again you're not something else either, right?
@@onlymelodic109 Only nothing can see the body, mind. Something becomes body, mind by identity
So True. My saying is "See it to not be it".
@@macarius8802 I like that, it helps with focus. Thanks

Absolutely Beautiful - I am beginning to learn the meaning of gratitude ❤️❤️❤️
With this practice , it is not something mystical. Its simple but it can be difficult to practice .
We realise and recognise the primordial mind .Nirvana and Samasara will rise and fall .We must trust and abide in the unconfitioned by witnessing the rise and fall of all objects .
Keep your mind spacious and down go into a rabbit hole trying to find out more about thoughts ,sanhkaras .
Abide in the spaciousness of the mind and we must be fully aware of this awareness .
