Well this was a challenge. I had to go up North and actually took this painting with me! I finished, found the rock difficult but I’m happy with cloud and how I managed to complete the rock. Thank you, I’ve built up confidence to keep going and keep trying through all yours and John’s encouragement.

I needed acrilic April. I'm having health issues with my nerves and no on I feel Dr wise is trying to figure out what's going on. So I self therapy with these videos. Even if I don't feel up to painting I enjoy the thought process that comes with you guys.

Recently purchased saral paper for tracings. It was awful and smeared all over the prepainted surface I was working on. Everywhere my hand rested to trace and where the paper slipped in the process. It was horrible. Use a light hand and maybe not on a painted surface or you have to touch up A. Lot.
It raining 😣 so I have to wait to paint tomorrow

So everyone knows, if you are new, it's easier to use smaller brushes for much of this and round brush for clouds is easier, a small bright for balloon, angles for the beach and smooth lines in underpainting, and later, smaller round for flowers etc...Using one big filbert isn't really easy by any means. I have been painting for almost a year regularly and I can't. Not if I want to like it. You have to be able to use varying parts of brush and varying pressure which takes finesse.
