  • Here's What A Verified Juror In Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard Said To Good Morning America.
As one of seven jurors, he chose to stay anonymous and is the first juror to speak out. After six weeks of trials, they came to the conclusion that there was not enough evidence to prove that Amber Heard's statements about Johnny Depp were true.

I love this quote from Johnny's lawyers - Savannah Guthrie asked the duo a similar question on “Today,” and they said that even though social media and the 24/7 news cycle are unavoidable, they believe the jury was not swayed.
“No, I don’t think there’s any reason to believe that the jurors violated their oath” Chew said. “And again, that suggestion was disappointing to hear [from Heard’s lawyer Elaine Bredehoft].”
“It is everywhere, but at the same time, they were admonished every single night,” Vasquez said. “They had a tremendous amount of respect for the court and the process, and they were doing they best that they could.” - even if they came across social media it was their duty to not let it influence them. Back in the day (which was a Wednesday) people would see newspapers and they would have to not let that sway them. This has always been an issue.

I knew the jury would be creeped out by her stares, because when she looked into the camera it creeped us out. In her interview, by the way got the worst ratings she commented perjury

She was looking at the Jury to try and engage with them but it had the opposite effect

@1:05 There was actually 3 women but she (the one in the front row) didn’t make the final cut. Two all the way to the right in second (back) row and one in the front middle row. You can see her looking to them mostly. @law and lumber was on the courtroom and he spoke on @The Behavioral Arts channel about it. It was very informative and a look on how she interacted with the jury.

Yes I love The Behavioral Arts and was introduced to Law and Lumber through him. I actually recommended the Behavioral Arts to Ryan as something to watch if he had a free moment since it is so fascinating to me. So Amber and the lawyers didn't know that in the end mostly males were going to be making the decision. They were going to excuse 4 jurors no matter what.

Not everyone is into social media despite having it, I have fb only cause its a relic from its early days and now just use it for messenger to chat to friends, have insta/twitter etc but don't really use them other than for chat apps, or like memes, following comics cats, if you curate your feed enough you don't really see celeb gossip and stuff that you have no interest in.
So they could avoid social media or even have it curated to where they don't see the case stuff

Same here, exactly. I only have twitter and Facebook messenger, not even the app itself.
