This has been much more than a music video for me. The opportunity to come together with the incredible Rajasthani Folk Singer, Sawan Khan Manganiyar Ji, and the chance we've had to experience each-others music and cultures first hand has been nothing short of a magical experience.
It would be impossible to put down the experience of creating “A Dream from Rajasthan" in words. I hope this video can take you on a small journey through the making of this dream. From the initial recording process in LA & Mumbai to our shoot date in Rajasthan. Catch me running around Jodhpur in search of a Sarangi player to record. Watch Savan Ji and I converse through Sindhi, Hindi but most successfully through music and finally shooting in the most incredible fort in the world!
