    No wonder we are petrified of the assessments! We are made to feel the guilty party, although all we are trying to do is live the best life we can with what we have been given.

    If only people knew that the yearly budget is £700 Billion. £14 Billion is nothing to spend on the disabled out of that, and remember it includes a lot of pensioners who have put money in their whole lives.

    It's no different now in 2023. Infact it's worse. Took me 6 years to get my pip as they lied and contradicted everything. They put that i coukd stand and walk 20 meters unauded when they NEVER even asked me to stand which i couldnt anyway. I spoke nomore than a few words in the whole assessment and they put that i was bubbly and chatty and kept good eye contact when i never looked at her once!

    These assessor should be send to assess those people arriving with these little boats and send back if they fail and be as critical as they are with british disabled people

    • @PeterRobertson-b2d
      @PeterRobertson-b2d Před měsícem +1

      You keep blaming these little people arriving in little boats when your own government is corrupted and the one taking away your rights to benefit. Those limited companies get £millions from the DWP to actually deny people the benefits they are entitled to. The assessors lies in every report but you blame the boat people. People like you are the reason why the benefits system is broken and the DWP loves it because it takes the blame away from them .

    • @hayleybarber2957
      @hayleybarber2957 Před rokem

      Quite possibly. I had to go for my reassessment just after Christmas. I found out last week, 8 weeks after that my benefits had been stopped because apparently my needs have changed. I have Autism, Dyspraxia and a severe brain injury which in itself is disabling. The lies in the letter are obscene. I had a very painful ear infection so there was no way I could tolerate my hearing aids. I wasn't wearing them so it was deemed that I don't need them. Communication, I often have to get my old school friend or my parents to check unexpected emails or text messages to make sure I don't get scammed. I said that at the assessment and my dad supported that. Got 0 for that as well. And for mobility. Apparently I have a normal gait. I don't, never have done, even got bullied about it through school and in work places. Either the assessors twist what claimants are saying or the DWP change the remarks to stop claimants from keeping or getting the benefit. My needs will never change yet some idiot at Crapita or the DWP thinks they do
