Im 24, i am absolutly afraid of talking to girls. I want to overcome this fear so if i meet "the one" someday i wont miss that oppurtunity.
I travel for a living, i spend 6-8 months in one town and then move on to a new one.
Would it be good for me to "casually date"? (Not like romantic or sex involved, more like go out as friends) if i see a girl i think is cute, just go out once or twice, then move on to the next one when the next one appears? I think this may help boots my confidence and self esteem

How to Beast I'm literally addicted to progression. I do occasionally get overwhelmed by so many ideas etc but have learnt to write it down and reverse engineer a plan (like in your book).. the progression I've made is ridiculously insane and it all started with your book.
