    New mom here,8 months in and I love it. My son loves eating and will cry if you don’t allow him to feed by himself.
    He still wakes up in the night to eat ( he’s breastfed so I’m not sure if that’s normal) he’s trying to walk and I’m convinced his first word is “heyyy” cause he says it all the time. He’s still super friendly and I spend my day slapping stuff out of his hands and checking his mouth.
    Over all it’s so exciting and mind boggling that we all started that way. Blessings to all the parents and thank you for posting these videos 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

    Our little girl, Lily, is absolutely everywhere. Her crawling pace has gone from zero to 100mph! Our dogs get no rest now. She’s always chasing and semi-attacking our highly placid and cuddly dog, Katie. But she stays clear of our slightly grumpy older dog. Lily loves climbing, and yes, she climbs everything.

    I’m looking at this as I’ll be going back to uni to continue my nursing studies. Baby’s 3 months old now. My sis baby spoke n started to walk at 8m! My baby has excelled he smiled at me from day one, he started to say baby words within one month and pulling sad faces. He grabs on and started tearing around 3 weeks. He recently started to wink back at me. He tries to crawl already but doesn’t have strength to pull himself up, his hot head control now, turns his head. He started to turn to his side to sleep at 2 weeks old. My sons quite active kicks n shifts his hands a lot. Thanks to god for a lovely baby 🙏🏼

He’s been sleeping through since about 1 month old. He’s standing while holding on to things. He just loves looking around and seeing different things in his buggy. He throws his toy out the buggy there’s been a few times someone’s found his toys and ended up returning them to us. And he’s got 8 teeth and 2 more breaking through they haven’t bothered him too much.

We've been doing a bedtime routine consistently since she was just under 4 months but nothing seems to work to get her to sleep. 😣😣😣 She also hates formula so I can't even give her a bottle to fill her up ready for bed! How do people cope??

    • @ayaan8877
      @ayaan8877 Před 4 lety +2

      Oh sorry mama😔 honestly my daughter is also 8months and has never really slept through the night. Shes got reflux and has been fighting a cold for a while that has returned. So between the congested chest and her reflux shes not been sleeping much. This mama is beyond exhausted. I use to complain about her only sleeping for 4hrs and than waking up 3 times to feed at night but at this point I'd gladly take that over all the tossing , turning, stuffy nose and tears. Honestly being a mom is the hardest job In the world for a reason. We've just gotta cope and try to stay sane. Try a find something to ground you and keep you said. Prayer and gratitude keep be calm. I know so many mothers out there have incredibly sick kids or babies with special needs that require so much work and so I thank my lord that he gave me a healthy and happy baby. They'll grow up and eventually sleep so savour all the momments, even the hard ones because once it's gone, its really gone. Hang in there mama, it'll get better. You've already made it through the hard new born stage!

    My niece says dada mama nana baba lala and definitely has empathy. I recently had a miscarriage and I needed my sister to take me to the hospital and I was crying because I was scared and she was in her walker and whimpered and scooted her way to me. So we did a few try outs to see if it was just a fluke and she actually hugs us to comfort when we cry. She also gets super excited to see me or another close family member and will scoot her way across the floor, she does more of an army crawl. Also she will play a game where you go hand her to nana (grandma) and she will turn away hiding her face in your chest or shoulder and laugh especially when nana gets her tickles😂. But she's definitely like mom very impatient, short tempered, mouthy (though she can only say mama dada and so on she will give you the what for by yelling at you DADADADADADADA DADA DADADADADADADA!!!!!!) And the tantrums! I've never seen an 8 month old throw a tantrum, but if you take that bottle or toy/objects she shouldn't have away or try to get her to settle down for a nap she will twist squirm cry and kick to try to get it back or get out of a nap.

      @@channelmum thank you, it wasn't an easy process because this baby was planned and it was my first time being pregnant. With the virus I wasn't able to get a appointment to tell if something was wrong or if there was something I could do like bed rest or maybe I needed more vitamin support... Who knows, there could have been just something really wrong with the baby. All in all I like to think it's a blessing in disguise, a lot of my friends who are pregnant can't get certain appointments, like one can't get an appointment until she's 20 weeks and has to rely on a dopler but is so unsure about the reading that she questions about if there's something wrong with the babies heart, but she can't tell if she's getting her heartbeat or the babies and has no one to show her the difference. Like I'd rather do a scan in a snow storm in my car just to get proper reading. The fact being that we have to do it all alone is a nightmare in itself, because of the virus when I went to the hospital, they wouldn't even let my sister in the building. I had to go in, get myself registered, and after I was gowned they took their tests a left me alone, I was bawling my eyes out and not one nurse came and sat with me and just talked to me... Like they didn't have to hold my hand or anything, we are talking about basic human compassion, just sit and talk and encourage positive thoughts.... But no I was left alone in the room, they read the results told me to make a fallow up with my primary and sent me on my way. It's like they didn't even care, they talked to me about it as if we where out to lunch or something.... There's just some things you shouldn't have to face alone and miscarriage is one of them. But I don't think I could handle giving birth alone, a lot of my friends are worried they won't be allowed their partner or comfort of mom or sister to be there when they go to deliver the baby.
