In this video, Dr. Jairus Rossi from the University of Kentucky (UK) Department of Agricultural Economics, walks us through emerging research and programming efforts related to CSA programming at UK. This includes consumer preferences and values of two different groups: those that chose to subscribe to the CSA voucher program for the year and those that opted out of subscribing. This research provides initial insight into the reasons some people opt in to CSA programs and others opt out.
