I've had this toy for a month now and my dog loves it. The trick for her to use her nose instead of her paws (so the tiles won't fly off) was to really reduce the speed in which she can obtain the food. I started freezing the food, so she takes 30-40 seconds per slot and tends to be more gentle when she moves to the next tile. If you use kibble I imagine this can be achieved if you add some water to the food and freeze. I particularly enjoy the fact that the tray is fully removable so it's super easy to clean when wet food is used. What other toys you have that are wet food friendly?
Hi, yes freezing the puzzle helps dogs slow down, I´m happy that works. The DogTornado and the DogCasino hav large compartments for both wet or dry food, and works great to freeze too. // Nina.
The other “pet parent” left my dog alone with this and .... all the treats were gotten, but also all the sliding doors were OFF! Ugh! Currently looking for a video of how to put it back together. LOL
It´s possible to put them together, it´s a bit complicated, but you have to place each tile in the right direction, each tab and slot on the right side, look at the frame and start there. Unfortunately, I have no video showing this.

LOL. I have tried to put them back from the inside working out, twice and once from the outside working inward. I will try again. Thanks.
@@raymondcarey9416 If you send an email to info@nina-ottosson.com, I can send you information how you put the tiles back again in the correct way.
@@raymondcarey9416 Hi, I have now upload a video under Tips & Tricks, how to re-arrange the tiles in the Challenge Slider.
Sounds like your pup thought YOU needed a puzzle 😅
Can a dog that only uses her nose use this? She won't use paws in this way
Yes, dogs can handle this puzzle with its nose, it´s just a little more challenging then using the paw.
