I saw this happening and I screamed when she won, she deserves it all and hopefully the coaches will send her to Tokyo, because GB needs her quality, I mean she is 16 years of age and she competes like she has 4 years of experience as an elite!

I think these twins will even have the Americans worried, they could definitely compete against and challenge the majority of those on the US national team (except Simone of course). If Simone retires after Tokyo, these twins will give them something to worry about for sure.
As long as GB selects them haha I canât see them not but their selection process has sometimes been a bit questionable. But I 100% have the Gadirovas on the team and Becky. I hope they get a medal for floor at Paris as Jessica was 0.133 from a medal (and had the highest execution) and Jennifer was 0.993 but had a lower difficulty.
As much as I love what Simone Biles has done. Her brand of gymnastics is difficulty and the expense of artistry. I much prefer floor routines like this, a wonderful mix of dance, difficulty and artistry.
GORGEUS. It's nice when we can see the gymnast dance beautifully without having to go from a tumbling pass, to a jump sequence, to some turn and on, and on, and on. This performance is a breath of fresh air.
How do they judge the first pass? A Moors that's tucked down or a Silivas that's not tucked enough? I hope by Tokyo she'll have it fully laidout, she certainly looks capable :). Congrats on the win đ
@@felityf1 haha! I remember in the 80's and 90's you can do stuff like this and the judges wouldn't really care. Gymnasts were doing pike-tuck doubles (on FX and BB) and pike-layout doubles (UB dismounts, etc) and it was interesting and unique. Now every little thing is a deduction.

@@johnluuee Well you could say that but then I find a pass of handspring front full twist duller than dull so far prefer the three tumbles so that there's more focus on the wonderful choreography and dance
Beautiful, ARTISTIC moves. Very enjoyable to watch. Such a rarity these days. Most have these jilted awkward arm movements that I wish they'd just take them out, turn off the music, and just do passes and turns.
I think a lots of countries wanted to send their young gymnasts to the Europeans...This is would normally be the year when they start and aim from the next Olympics. Get their first senior competition done.. The extra year has changed everything.
Yes itâs ok to 3 passes some gymnasts only have 2 like Nina Derwael . You only have to count 3 acrobatic elements out of the 8 skills in a floor routine so a gymnast could double tuck (D) first pass and then 1.5 twist (C) + 2.5 (D) (CV-0.1) twist as the second and fulfill the requirements. So some gymnasts count 5 acrobatic elements and 3 dance skills like Mykayla Skinner in 2016 and some only count 3 acrobatic and 5 dance skills elements like Nina.
