This week in our travels around australia we head to Dangar Falls outside of Armidale and explore the national park to see the beginning of the Waterfall way. We then pack up our Next Gen Ford Ranger and Roadstar caravan and head off to the country music capital of Australia, Tamworth. Check out some music museums in town and head for the lookout, we stay at the paceway in town to get some jobs done where we get some bad news and make a U-turn and start heading North. We stop at a creekside camp out of Bingara, a low cost donation camp.

Great video folks. Sorry about the delay for your new van. Mates of ours waited nearly two years for theirs. Ended up the company went into receivership. And it was one of the larger companies. Hope all is good with yours.

Yes we were heading South to collect our new caravan from a manufacturer in Melbourne. Got screwed around so pulled the pin on that 😞

Chelsea I’m all Indian here, born and breed, soooo add fresh ginger to your curry, and chuck in a veggie stock cube when slow cooking, it adds umami galore, if you don’t like coriander as garnish , add mint, sooo good! But you did so well! Looked amazing👍

So frustrating about the caravan delay. I remember meeting you both in Canberra and we talked about our experience with delays from Melbourne with ours…7 months. Unfortunately sounds like the norm. But it is an amazing feeling when you finally pick it up!
Hot tip: ask for a few freebies for the caravan because of the delay 😉

I can’t recall brands you mentioned, but let’s say ours was a very competitively priced brand. So much money and living in it full time, If you aren’t happy, you’ve made the right choice. Happy to chat offline 🙂

Yes we’ve been slowly mentioning the new caravan over the last few months.
We’ve been full time in this one for 4+ years now and feel like we need a change.

Two Australian manufacturing companies that actually provide great customer service, Aussie jobs, and a nice finished product, why shouldn’t they promote there vans using decent Aussies. If we don’t support Aussies all round, it will be Chinese or European made.. think about the last 40 years with politicians selling out Australians at our own expense..

There was actually flood warning signs ‘flood gates can open at anytime’.
