How ironic that this video is here when the last piece of my fursuit is coming is next week 🤯
Where i live at, its too risky to wear my fursuit in public which sucks. I had no problems before when my friend who's a photographer stood by me taking pictures but unfortunately we went our separate ways...
It's been 6 months since i got a fursuit, and one thing i learned is maintenance. Before that, i can just go home and sleep after the convention or events. Now, i can't even rest as i need to brush and spray to keep it clean and maintain. That's one i have to accept it and get use to it.
Also, like you said, don't just put it aside and wait for the next event. I hate that every time i see my fursuit inside the box, it feels like a waste since i paid with my savings for a whole year to reach the target. So i hope i have enough time and energy to make videos and contact my photographer. For now, i'm still focusing on work to make ends meet.
Video, from the very beginning has been an excellent way to see how you're doing at things. A lot of early adopters of video tape recorder systems did so to record their golf swings and such.
When it comes to fursuiting, its twofold; something to do IN fursuit and a way to reflect on how you perform your character.
That is an excellent take on this matter. As I’m a CZcamsr and TikToker myself and I started a CZcams channel even before I got my 1st ever owned fursuit and it’s not of my fursona. Because I was inspired by creators like you to make my own content as a human. So once I got my sona suit, the answer on what to do with it is there before I got it. And exactly, once you find the answer on what to do with your suit. Even if it’s a mascot costume or even an inflatable costume you brought online, you can’t just depend on cons, meets, Halloween nor if you brought a bunny suit Easter or if you have a deer suit, Christmas. Maybe if you get a bunny suit, find a way to play as the Easter bunny in public even.
But I need to stress for those that have body tight suits like petsuits or anything form fitting, and I’m saying that from experience. Please please please get yourself a dance belt or something like that if you want to be seen as a nude animal in them. As these bodysuits can be really revealing even when you are wearing underwear and under armour as in shows a lewd bulge the shape of your private’s if you don’t. And that can’t only be embarrassing but it wouldn’t be good for you legally.
