In the case of the nuclear it really is harmless steam
The steam is not the dangerous part here, it never even went by the fuel rods since there's a separate closed circuit for that.
It might have some effect in the local microclimate.
It might have aesthetic effects.
But steam is not the thing to focus on with nuclear power. It's risk and waste.
@@alexnoman1498 The funny part about it is that this line is used twice. Once in reference to the coal generators, and once in reference to the nuclear generators.

Can't believe I stumbled upon this in 2021. We had to watch this back in high school in the late 80s in AP Future Robotics and Logistics on Alien Worlds class.
