If PlayStation All Stars came out this generation and had the roster that people wanted and played like the other big platform fighter, it could’ve easily been successful
Agreed
The idea of the stages starting as one location before another franchise invades and takes over is honestly a great idea that I’m ashamed no other platform fighter used again. The music transitioning from one to the other is also a great touch.
...
Ultimate used it
@@21Handguns If you’re talking about the “stage morph” feature that barely even counts, all that does is switch from one stage to another mid-match.
@@GoogalyB "whaaah it barely counts even though it's the same thing I'm just salty you proved me wrong whaaah"
I think the only two Smash Bros. stages that does that was the KOF stadium stage and the Green Hill Zone stage. In KOF stage sometimes characters from Samurai Shodown, Art of Fighting, and Fatal Fury appeared in the background watching you fight. In the Green Hill Zone stage which is a Sonic rep stage from Sonic the Hedgehog (a Sega Genesis game), sometimes you'll see 3 characters from other Sega IPs in the background of the stage: Tails from Tails Adventure (a Game Gear game), Knuckles from Knuckles Chaotix (a 32X game), and Shadow from Shadow the Hedgehog (a GameCube game) all appeared running the loop in the background in this Sonic stage.
@@VOAN ...he's talking about stage transitions, not arena cameos dumbass.
Smash scrubs having reading comprehension challenge(impossible)
The absence of Crash and Spyro in Playstation Allstars Battle Royale is criminal!
Unfortunately now it's an Xbox IP, the chances they get the IP is probably even slimmer. I imagine Microsoft *would* play ball at least, but the price will be steep.
The absence of both their games from the PlayStation Classic Mini is even more criminal. Sony could had grab at least Crash 2 and Spyro 3 and it would be awesome but no they rather give us Intelligent Cube and Rainbow Six, both which sucks on PS1.
@VOAN That's because, at the time, both Crash and Spyro had their trilogies remastered, so they felt that selling the original PS1 versions at the same time was pointless.
Hope that there is a sequel.
Meh........
I also hate how those two were left out of Smash Bros.
And I will never forgive Sakurai for Prioritizing a bunch of evil demonic gay sword fighters (I hate sword users in fighting games) over Crash and Spyro!!!
That plus I will never forgive Sakurai For putting an evil gay demonic Plant in the game (Or Removing Break The Targets)!!
You know, the idea of the scenario of one franchise crossing with other game that hasn't nothing to see is something that smash can use for the next game.
For example, imagine if we're playing mute city and suddenly, some toads and shy guys are racing too.
That is a awesome idea that sakurai needs to put.
I really liked PSASBR. I wish it could get a sequel that would polish the mechanics a bit better. Also, the main menu theme is fucking fire.
I have to admit though, I was confused by the thumbnail at first since none of those characters are in PSASBR.
The only thing that made me realize this was a PlayStation All-Stars video was the background.
I thought the video was going to be about Viewtiful Joe: Red Hot Rumble.
Smash fans trying to not call literally any 2D platform fighter a Smash clone challenge (Impossible)
Meanwhile, metroidvania’s
Yeah, because Sony wanting a crossover platform fighter has nothing to do with Smash's success lol
I mean to be honest it’s expected, Nintendo literally created that genre of gameplay
___-clone is what they call it before it becomes a genre
@@AyoMonkee720 It's not true, The Outfoxies by Namco is an earlier platform fighter than smash.
I give this game the biggest "You tried" award that i can give. And i hope to see it again.
I think the hate nowadays would be even worse. Smash grew a lot in the past years.
Hot take: This game’s intro song feels more fitting than Life Light does in Smash Ultimate. This is not to say I think it is better, just that it hypes me up more to punch iconic video game mascots in the face, meanwhile Life Light feels more fitting just for World of light as a grand and sprawling adventure that takes you through the many worlds of Nintendo.
Idk why it plays for the game’s intro when it was specific for WoL
I find it cool that the theme of this fighting game is how there essentially IS no face of Playstation. Mr. Polygon Man is a floating head too and he brought these characters to prove he deserves to be mascot. That he IS the face. I feel like in retrospect, Big Daddy's appears because of Polygon's insecurities. Like his jealousy extends passed the Playstation line-up.
Seeing Crash in the thumbnail makes me think he’s mad at Mario for not putting him in Smash Ultimate and putting Sora instead.
I honestly think PlayStation All-Stars still feels like it had more genuine effort and passion than some modern Smash clones like MultiVersus and Nick All-Star Brawl which rely more on wacky memes than wanting to make a proper crossover and stuff like their presentations are also lacking in comparison... like, I saw a video showing the Supers in NASB2 and they really made me appreciate the ones from PSAS.
Stop using the word Smash Clones. They’re Platform Fighters, and Smash Bros popularized a genre of fighting games. Heck Smash Bros Isn’t the first Platform Fighter, that was some Namco game that had a monkey wearing tux.
@ShockwaveFPSStudios You know what I'm talking about.
@@DarkOverlord96Still doesn’t mean you have to call them Smash Clones.
Calling PlayStation All-Stars a Smash Clone is like calling Call of Duty a Halo Clone, when really both games are part of the shooting genre. What you think Mortal Kombat is a Street Fighter Clone because Street Fighter II Revolutionized the Fighting Game Genre.
This game should have been a rival towards Smash , not a Smash Killer
These monikers were imposed upon it by bad-faith smash enthusiasts and attention seekers, not it's fault.
@@amongdrip8073That never stopped Playstation owners from buying It, though. If It didn't sell well It was because of Playstation players.
I'd love them to take another shot at it. Just choose better third party picks, remove the weird super move requirement, and make a cool single player mode. A game like that would be great,
What’s even weirder was that one of the people who worked on Bioshock wanted Big Daddy to be in PSASBR…when they had a freshly new protag named Booker Dewitt who was gonna star in Bioshock Infinite which is mainly the stage representative instead of Rapture
I loved PaRappa in this game! I want him to be in Smash!
Ah, yes, let's put the PlayStation-exlcusive character in Smash.

Hey. It had both Sackboy and Spike from Ape Escape as fighters. It can't be all bad.
It's not bad, just not good enough to keep us going like other good games.
I really loved that game, I really hope Sony gives it one more chance because it had a lot of potential (Probably even more than Smash at that time because of their not so good relationship with third parties)
I kinda want Sega to give it a shot too especially with their whole “New Era/New Energy” thing with them reviving stuff like Golden Axe, Jet Set Radio, Streets of Rage, Crazy Taxi and Shinobi. I always wanted a Sega Smash.
Since it’s modern Sony if they did they’d probably just turn the entire thing into Last of Us Tournament Fighter
Im glad this game gets more recognition it deserves. I hope they make either a sequel or a remake.
The crossover stages are such a cool idea, it'd be great if smash does those in the future
I actually have a PSABR shirt from an event they hosted in LA before the game's launch. I also platinumed PSABR back in the day, I really loved it. I believe if it released in the PS4/5's lifetime they would've got Crash. I remember Superbot talked about trying to get Crash back then (at the LA event) but Activision said no to them. Also back in the PS3 days there was a huge stigma of platform fighters that weren't Smash. If you see the old development videos of the game you can see it having more Smash-like mechanics where you die falling off the stages (and even characters hitting the screen), but that idea of trying to be "unique" from Smash was the wrong decision and PSABR was/is still called a Smash-clone in the end. The team was passionate but was threw aside by Sony and ppl hated on it cuz it wasn't Smash.

Okay I NEED to know where does this come from. Seeing Rayman and King running away from a Metal Gear all in PS1 style is way too cool.
It’s ironically from a PlayStation Classic trailer called Play History Make History, it’s funny the trailer is so fire and the console was so mid
@@Aaronitmar It's also funny how they used Rayman's model from Rayman 2... And that game wasn't even in that console!
@@Aaronitmar It's also missing Punky Skunk.
When PSASBR adds characters to promote their games, everyone's all negative and hateful, but when Smash does the exact same thing, everyone cheers them on! That's what really sucks about all this!
If we ever get a sequel it needs to have Abby with her golf club, and Mary Jane since those are the two new reps for Sony currently. Obviously Joel would have to be the main villain, acting as the Master Hand of the game, he killed the guy who saves Zebras after all, obviously he’s the bad guy.
All jokes aside, I can’t really see this working in this day and age, Sony doesn’t really have anything to call their own anymore. After they killed off Santa Monica studios, and stopped all Japanese game development, they kinda lost any recognizable characters or series. Everything they used to have is gone, anything that’s left they don’t own, hell at this point what’s left is a shell of its former self. God of War is a different series with a less recognizable Kratos, LBP is essentially dead since we haven’t had a new main game in over a decade. Gravity Rush which is one of my favorites, is all but dead since the studio behind it was shuttered. Naughty Dog and all of its series have completely divided their fan base and at this point are losing relevancy.
Sony doesn’t have anything to call it’s own, it lacks legacy, it lacks iconography. That’s something they didn’t have as much of a problem with way back in the day because of the games they used to have on store shelves. Ever since they decided to shift focus from their home country of Japan, to the west, Sony lost what made it what it was. It’s the same problem Capcom realized years ago now when they tried to reboot some of their older series to appeal to the west. Only to find out the series main appeal was its distinctly Japanese influence and design.
I can’t name a single character or series currently that screams “Sony” they lost almost all of them, all that’s left are the scraps and that’s not enough to carry a whole franchise on. Especially when their competition is Smash Brothers Ultimate, that’s not exactly an enviable position to be in, let alone one they can manage in the state they are in.
Sony needs to deal with its identity crisis before ever hoping to create a new series all about using game iconography as a selling point. And as it stands I don’t think that’ll happen anytime soon, though I would be glad to be wrong.
There's Gran Turismo, which is essentially their only remaining Japanese IP.
Legit... This game deserves a sequel. It would be a fun party game especially with new IPs being made for Sony.
I really loved this game! I was in the college dorms when this came out, so my friends and I played it. Couch multiplayer is always great with these! The stages transitioning was so cool! And I liked the combat because hitting was one big way to get the orbs. It felt like I was encouraged to fight, where as Smash felt like I was encouraged to let others fight and then just swoop in for the knockout at the last second. At least that’s why the one good Smash player in the group always ran to the corner to get out of our way.
That said, you could also grapple to steal orbs. That made it awkward, like was grappling supposed to be your defensive option? And I never noticed the lack of variable knock back, but that is a good point. What really bugged me was that everyone’s ultimates were so different! Screen wipes aren’t nearly as good as the ones that last long enough to K.O. all players, let them respawn, wait for the invulnerability to end, and K.O. them again. Also, I understand that not falling off seems counter-intuitive to *platform* fighters, but I didn’t mind that so much.
Oh, and yeah, the fact that it used new fighters felt like it was forwarded-minded compared to relying on nostalgia, but it was still clear that roster decisions were for the sake of ads. Crash and Spyro were my first games, so missing them hurt.
I have some very good memories of playing this game with friends, and to be honest that was pretty much the only times I played it lol. Rarely played on my own, other than to play the arcade mode for my favorite characters. It was so much fun to throw hands as different characters, teaming up on someone when they got their super, I particularly loved the feeling of "multiverse converging and colapsing" that the crossover stages had.
You should do the origin videos on this game like you did for Smash.
I really hope one day we get a sequel. This game needs a second chance for sure.
I unironically ADORED this game when it came out as 12 year old, it was VERY clunky and unbalanced I admit, but as a long time Nintendo Kid who got a PS3 it really did scratch a bit of a Smash Bros itch. Playing it online with my cousins and going through the story mode will always remain with me.
I wish Playstation talked to Capcom about attempting this game. Marvel vs Capcom has became my favorite crossover series with how they brought over characters from Marvel comics and Capcom game characters along with their stages that even for how bad specifically Infinite is, also does the crossover idea this game attempts.
PASBR isn’t really a clone gameplay wise, so I find it hard to see it as a full clone.
This was like calling a random first person shooter back in the day, a Doom Clone. I’m happy we have platform fighter as a term.
I remember recommending this subject a while back during one of your unlocking all character lockdown streams, so happy to see this video !
If some characters from Smash (Fighter, Mii Costume, or even Spirit) are in both Play Station Allstars and Smash, I'd like to think that this makes the other characters present within their respective games indirectly canon to each other
Like Kratos, Rachet and Clank, and Sackboy are indirectly canon to the Mario, Sonic, FF, and Street Fighter universes through Heihachi or Dante
I find it interesting Smash used Snake and Kazuya whereas PlayStation opted for Raiden and Heihachi.
Honestly I kinda enjoyed playstation all stars, but I will say there is actually a knockback, I know thanks to Nathan drake's standard light combo being able to combo into itself but after a while a big yellow spark ends up happening making the character flying, but with what you saying it looks like some characters are able to reset it putting them in a loop
I really hope that Sony finally have the balls to make a sequel to playstation all stars battle royale for PS5 as Playstations IPS has gotten better and bigger than before over the years.
I loved this game during my PS3 Days alongside the LittleBigPlanet games.
If they were to do a sequel, SuperBot should take a page from Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl and make it feel more like Smash gameplay-wise.
The thing about Dante's costumes being so lackluster it's because SuperBot actually wanted to include Dante's classic looks as alternate costumes but Capcom refused because DmC: Devil May Cry got DLC classic costumes for Dante but they just didn't want to "spoil them" by having them in PlayStation All-Stars, so without any other choice, especially since the other 3rd Party characters already had unique alternated costumes, they just settled with Coatless and Shirtless Dante.
Here's the weird thing the Idea is right there and it has some pro's like the music, the stages crossing over, the speed of it and the animations of characters but there are problems that holds this game back like the roster (for 3 reasons), the graphics being ok'ish, the level super system, the powerpoint cutscenes, the most boring arcade mode, lack of minigames, the worst "final boss" that doesn't feel like a boss battle and the most aggressive and dumbest cpu's I've ever seen. Love the Vid Aaronitmar Happy Holidays!
Funny how the OG Playstation was known for their
JRPGs didn't have a single JRPG rep in
Playstation Allstars. While the first Super Smash
game had two JRPG reps. One that went on to
become a huge moneymaker to this very day (Pokemon),
while the other became a cult classic that may or may not
have impacted a certain indie developer (Earthbound).
I remember this game i was hyped when this was announced. I was disappointed that crash wasn't part of the roster but i still like it. I hope one day we get proper smash bro like game
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale came out at the wrong place, at the wrong time.
It was ahead of its time since there wasn’t a platform fighter that could level the firepower that Smash Bros had. If it was made now, it probably wouldn’t get the backlash from internet reviewers since Video Game Criticisms aren’t as biased as they used to be.
This game deserve Future Mods for the community like Smash Remix with new characters and fixed the bugs and issues
That or there could be mods to put some of these characters in Smash.
@@jackflynn412We already have mods for Gran Turismo 5 and 6 that adds in the exclusive distribution cars and hidden tracks in both games' data, so PS3 modding is possible, but difficult.
@@X2011racer Ah that’s cool. Hopefully the PSASBR community is large enough so people try to mod it as well.
@@jackflynn412 Sadly, much of the community has moved on; If it was possible, I would have tried to recreate Wave 3's Dart and pair him with Yuri from Tales of Vesperia. Wave 4 would have Agumon and Jack Frost, and Final Wave with Ellie and Captain Rock.
Damn it, you made my cat jump on my desk because you keep calling her with the "pstpstpst" lol!
4:04 A PlayStation battle game without:
Crash Bandicoot
Spyro the Dragon
Cloud or any Final Fantasy character
Sora from Kingdom Hearts
This game needs a squeal with:
The 4 characters I mentioned
A Horizons character
New Kratos
Ryu from Street Fighter
Chell from Portal 2
A Persona character (Most likely Yu)
Knick
Astroplayboy
Etc.
Honestly it's hilarious that Square didn't trust the developers of PSASBR with a Final Fantasy character but let Nintendo put Cloud in Smash 4 when at the time FF7 had never been on a Nintendo console
Imagine Geno got in PSASBR, with his origins being censored beyond all recognition.
Eleven years later and it's still pure insanity how the devs chose to do, yet another Smash clone when Power Stone was already growing mold in the graveyard of lost game series, without even mentioning how much of Playstation's history is tied to 3-D enviroments and visuals...
The bizarre roster choices and obnoxious super moves to take stocks is merely the cherry on top.
they had the DmC dante instead of traditional dante, they had raiden instead of snake, and i just found out recently that Dart from Legend of Dragoon was supposed to be a dlc character
What is seldomly mentioned is Seth Killian's involvement in this and how he was tied to two failed crossover fighting games in a row (SF x Tekken, and then this, after his exit from Capcom)
I think you could easily solve the gameplay by using both a lifebar and the super moves at the same time. Would also create more strategy, like if you're running low on health do you use your super in a pinch to try and get a kill before you die, or do you keep fighting in the hope of getting your Lvl 3? If your opponent has low health but is better than you do you try to kill him and save a super for when he respawns or just try to get a1 +1? Also make supers take away a big chunk of health for Lvl 1 and 2 and confirmed kill for Lvl 3.
But yeah, you hit the nail straight on the head. So much potential taken away because Sony didn't care enough to let it succeed and the pressure of making it different. The arenas really are an highlight.
Deadass only played this for kratos, and as a result i learned about parappa and the clown from twisted metal which is probably the best thing to come from that game. Like it was fun... Basic as hell but it was still good fun.
I think my biggest problem was how they tackled the point system, it just isnt as fun or chaotic as a normal platform fighter with the goals of knocking players out of the arena. You just build up a meter and... Win.
I'd love to see this game come back. I personally still think the Super system has potential and could work, but you *do* need some other way to get kills, and possibly to discourage people from running away too much. It actually be kind of heartbreaking for me to see them just do another Smash Bros.
22:08 roster is missing Cole McGarth and Raiden but it has Two Spider-men? I like Miles and Peter, but I feel like its totally fair to axe one of them for a version of Cole. Actually, Miles could even be a good rival for Cole now that I think bout it.
Cole is dead in his series as of Second Son.
When will you do your part 2 of the Project+ and Smash Remix Costume Origins videos?
As a Nintendo Boy, I really LOVED PS All-Stars. Here in Brazil we even created a big community on Facebook to make online tournament, share combos, videos, etc. My main was Ratchet & Clank and I made a lot of friends with this game, and sometimes we even talk about this game who assembled us. It's pretty a shame that the game falls too bad, but gave me sweet memories.
And now we play Smash Bros, lol.
IMO, The problem I think this game had was that it didn't know what kind of fighting game it wanted to be.
It had platforms and tricky stages like casual smash bros, unique combos and inputs like traditional shotos and magic series, as well as meter finishers. But the meter finisher was basically required to kill on most stages. And the stages didn't have the best layouts for either casual or competitive alike.
And the roster was... Lackluster. Yes they had multiple past and present PS exclusive all stars, and a few notible 3rd party's but the main big stars people wanted just either weren't present, or represented with a design fans thought was inferior.
Honestly, if you ask me, they should focus on making it only one kind of fighting game for the sequel. Either simplify it to be more similar to smash, or change it to be a proper shoto, or even a magic series like mvc.
amazing!
As tragic as the game is
PlayStation All-Stars is what got me into Dead Space & made me a Dead Space fan even though Dead Space is multiplatform & not specific to PlayStation's history as well as Isaac Clarke's inclusion just being straight up marketing for Dead Space 3, which turned out to be a complete fail & no where near as amazing as the first 2 Dead Space games.
Similar case with Cole & Evil Cole with inFAMOUS, I love the first 2 games (never played Second Son tho)
Now, Dead Space recently made a comeback with the remake to Dead Space 1 & certainly glad that PlayStation All-Stars made me a Dead Space fan
Dude, I wasn't a Nintendo kid, this WAS my Smash Bros game
Can you still download the DLC for this game? I would gladly buy another copy if they released a "complete" version of it today.
The lack of discussing Cole MacGrath saddens me
Solid video despite that!
i find it cool they used 2 versions of him
PlayStation All-Stars was an amazing idea it was just poorly executed but the biggest insult to me was when dirt from legend of dragoon got canceled is a DLC character that was kind of messed up but they're going to give us characters we don't want like big daddy and Isaac who asked for those people
I totally on board if Sony go another round and actually change the name to Tittle Fight, and Include the likes of Snake, Nathan Drake, Joel, Ryu of Street Fighter, Spiderman, Crash, man now that's a ROSTER, sony should go for it, also take advantage of the HARDWARE, a Sony Playstation platform fighter with a TRIPLE A BUDGET, will put people on notice as these type of games usually looks less detailed, but imagine they could pull off Tekken, Street Fighter 6, Last of Us, Mortal Kombat 1 levels of GRAPHICS on a platformer fighting game......with a massive crossover roster, this should actually be able to compete with Smash Bros for real.
Will we expect you to do a costume origin for this game?
I've heard talk that theres a sequel being discussed and I would really love to see that, especially if they literally just make it where dealing enough damage/hitting hard enough could launch people out of the arena and thus give two avenues for KOs. Like I loved this game and played it for years and I think with just the bonus of more characters, slight gameplay shifts, and stuff like that a sequel could turn out to be legendary
Also with that proposed roster I think I'd swap out Miles and Wolverine with Cole and Big Daddy. Cole because he is a playstation mascot and is from a very popular series and Big Daddy because well I think he fits and has a really solid gameplay. Also maybe a different FF rep just to differentiate from Smash, like Noctis or something
i miss this game, it was my favorite game in 2012 and 2013 and almost made me get a ps vita but o didn't have enough money for it back then
Wish they made a second game for this franchise. If they took in all the feedback and added characters, game modes, and additional ways to KO opponents it would fill out the content in the next game. Then if they took a few more things directly from Smash Bros. to make the game feel better like fast falling, varied walking & running speeds, directional air dodges, and faster gameplay it would greatly reduce the clunky feeling the original had. It doesn't need to be an exact copy of Smash Bros., but I feel most of these platform fighters try too hard to differentiate their game and it leads to their detriment instead.
Since this series is dead, why not put Crash in Smash Bros. After Steve, Sephiroth and Sora anything is possible. i also recommend Rayman, his legacy shall not be forgotten. And yes Rayman would have also been a nice addition to Playstation All-Stars, but this will probably never come back, even thought there is potential. The mistake was to just use it for advertising, yes Smash has prepared some Sequels as well, but it was never the sole reason.
Can you now continue with Victory screen origins for Smash 4 fighters?
I always played All Star Battle Royale only because of Jak & Daxter, they were the only characters I only knew as a child besides Mario and Sonic, and thanks to this video I felt that characters like Crash were missing. Sony should have continued with that idea of creating more crossover games (even if several franchises are... almost forgotten like Jak & Daxter... F-Zero, you know)
This game was super fun! If you had friends to play with it was a great time :)
I love the Literal crossover concept where two completely different series' themes clashes together to create something new. But because of it, I also believe that this can even beat smash if it broke it's core rule, that of it being excluding "non-gaming" characters. so image this, It just any series/franchise that Sony owns, Its doesn't matter if the game let you have Crash, Kratos, Spiderman, The Ghostbusters, even !$^*&%# Luffy can enter (Especially since they both bought Crunchyroll & Funimation)?! They can put anyone as long its has there name/logo on its package or whatnot they can have there dirty little hands on, It literal can be a double crossover WITHIN a crossover game and you easily tell i'm goooooiinngg oofffff ttthee deeeeppp endddd!! 😵💫🥴🤣😂😜🤪

That wiki is easily vandalized. The only DLC we know that was cancelled was Dart from Legend of Dragoon. We don't know who his rival would've been, but popular belief suggested Abe from Oddworld, who was cut from the base game due to lack of a rival, an inability to fight, and disagreements with the IP holder, Oddworld Inhabitants.
Seriously, Abe cannot fight at all. In his home series, he cannot kill enemies in any way; you have to use stealth to evade them, or use a distraction to get past them.
He really put Crash on the thumbnail for a video about Playstation All-Stars.
Fun fact knack was planned and even had a trailer but it got deleted off CZcams the same day
I liked this game. The biggest issue was at the time it didn't have what anyone considered a PlayStation icon. Crash, Spyro, Cloud Strife, Solid Snake, classic Dante, and also the lack of Sony's Japanese RPGs being represented such as Wild Arms, The Legend of Dragoon, and Team ICO.

Was that real or fake?
Fake. Only Dart was confirmed in leaks.
I have a weird soft spot for the Cartoon Network and PlayStation Smash clones. Punch Time Explosion moreso, due to the clips they included that brought some very fun and memeable nostalgia.
I miss playing this game
1:11 where is this clip from??
1:01
I thought this was Homelander for a moment.
Not gonna lie
Powerpuff girls vs Homelander would rocks.
"Crash and Spyro should be in a potential PSASBR 2" mfs when they remember who owns Crash and Spyro now: 😔
Ew oh God
Microsoft is a monopoly
@@jackflynn412 not really. They are trying to become one that's for sure, but at the moment they are still third even with Activision; behind Tencent and Sony.
Maybe we will get the main characters of Psilocybil and Zera: Myths Awaken in their place.
The only way for me to get a possible Playstation Allstars 2 is if Bugsnax is well represented (Character, Stage, possibly items)
okay heres the thing smash bros is awesome just most of the characters are made by nintnedo so its easy to imagine them thoughter don't get me wrong there is some cool picks like sora being able to beat up little mac but because of sony making so many different games for different ages is so fun to see like sly cooper fighting issac from dead space is just so cool to me I hope to see this game reimagined or remastered some day
Smash has a Dante costume, so it checks all of the intro's boxes.
Man there should be a playstaion all star battle royal 2 now
I love Skylanders. I have swap force and trap team for the Wii. And Swap Force was the first one I ever played.
Some of these should honestly be in SSBU, it's so sad to see Sly cooper in the bootleg of smash brothers where no Crash or Spyro is even seen.
The title lied, I played this game. A lot actually. Im still mad that Dart from Legend of Dragoon was scrapped.
Ps All-Stars would have sold better and there probably would have been another one if they had Crash and Spyro in it instead of two Cole's..ALSO not having Snake or Cloud is also what dragged the game down imo. They marketed it as Playstations all-stars but was missing the most iconic playstation icons. I personally had a blast playing this game (Ratchet being my main) but this game could have been sooooo much more..
Can’t really figure out if there is a sequel or not? Some searches hint of a - round 2
It's just fanfiction
There was a fake video teasing Round 2, but the only throwaway was that they used the Final Fantasy VI design of the Moogle which is more associated with Nintendo, rather than the Final Fantasy IX design, which is more associated with Sony and to a smaller extent, Kingdom Hearts.
