Man, it's SO much fun seeing people getting "Yeb" Pilled for the first time. I'm a 58 year old Classic Rocker, and I can't get enough of Yebba (Abbey Smith). Her skill is off-the-charts amazing. You probably know this by now, but a week or so after this performance, Yebba's mother took her own life. Check out Evergreen, October Sky, Boomerang, Tiny Desk Concert, and on and on. I'm sorry about your sister and friend.

Um......Dam! The soul and the pain coming from her voice hits you right in the soul. The truth this song speaks is second to none. Wow.....the vocalist is extremely talented.
Her song Evergreen is written for her mother. It has a different feel to it and I love it every bit as much as this one. It's heartbreaking and upbeat at the same time.
Much much love my friend❤ This one just grabs you, especially if you're an empath. As you said, you just want to hug her (and kick the one who did this to her in the nuts).
It's usually not the type of music/singing I listen to but in every genre there are these standout performances that just stick with you. Her wail is such a beautiful expression of pain and hurt. She is on the edge of bursting into tears during this performance but she manages to turn it into this beautiful projection of utter grief and betrayal. Performances with this kind of real and raw emotion are something truly special.

Yebba is very good, I’ve been watching her career for years now. Yebba is Abbey backwards. On a sad note, her Mom “unalived” herself a few years ago 😔
