      I respectfully disagree with you, I’ve always felt that Morrison lacked something.
      After aew opened its doors I was completely convinced that if Vince didn’t push someone, that someone completely sucked. Harper, Cody, Ambrose and Rusev made it blatantly obvious why they were never the top guy once they were “freed from the creative shackles” of wwe.

    John Morrison is so severely underrated. They need to just let him get to the inevitable feud with Miz and let him go solo. Hopefully when Taya gets brought up from NXT they will pair them as a super couple. Give Morrison a few belt runs and Taya a woman's championship.

    pretty interesting take on why this match was so good. when real life and fake lifes cross over more than they should you get genuine moments of tension from even the wrestlers. Similar to stone cold and shawn back in their wrestlemania match truly it does build a story line to remember when not even the wrestlers themselves are certain if they are gonna win the main event match for the world title or get cucked by politics like the great Hollywood Hogan.

    Morrison around 2011 could've faced the Miz for the WWE Championship at Mania 27. He didn't need to headline but you could've totally made it where Cena could do something else that involved the Rock in someway, while Morrison and Miz could've had their big moment together.

      Given Aries' reputation of being a miserable worker to be around who complains about everything, I highly doubt this was a work. Especially because when Morrison noticed him no selling, he seemed genuinely disappointed and annoyed.
      If it is a work, then it's extremely stupid on both Aries' and Impact's end. Why would you think just popping up and no selling an entire match after somebody wins the championship is a smart idea? Like who is supposed to look good or what does anybody gain from this?

Plus he is ant-vaxx and conspiracy spewer ... Yes there is a freedom of speech but there's also consequences and spreading misinformation should not be tolerated..... Also constantly plays the victim when somebody calls him out so… Why would anyone should give him a time for day knowing his attitude? In Old days he. would be chewed out by the big guys due to his attitude...

Wwe especially, but Hes never fully gotten the treatment he deserves/has earned! I know hes def has success, just saying, it feels like He always gets taken sway from the Best/Main Event Storylines/feuds/Main event scene wayyyyy to fast!

  • @FingerBreakerWu
    @FingerBreakerWu Před 2 lety +1

    John is trying to act like this was a worked shoot, but Aries' track record speaks for itself. He's a diva that throws a tantrum if he doesn't constantly have a belt around his waist. Him and Low Ki would rather make $200 an appearance with a belt in their hands than $2 million a year without one.

    Have seen the forementioned . Prior to the match Aries was commenting on Morrison and his wife Taya Valkyrie appearing on TMZ about some comment made by Aries to where Aries responded and Morrison and Taya confronted him and were broken up by security .Match time you could just feel that this was going to get ugly . The whole match Aries and Morrison shooting and no selling eachother ,even Aries throwing comments at Taya who was at ringside . Aries gets knocked by a move by Morrison who hits his finisher Starship Pain and pins him to win the Impact World Title . Aries then jumps up and yells towards a balcony "Is this what you wanted ?" and leaves . Guess Aries saw the writing on the wall knowing he was going to lose so he did the job so to speak and left . Haven't seen or heard from him since .
