Had this happened to us, but after about 23 kegs and sinking their ship 3 times, they either gave up or left the server. These bots need the hacks cause they would be hopeless without them.
They need to be banned
Complaining about hitregs when you can just teleport and drop kegs is low skill issue XDDD

I’ve only experienced a cheater once. They didn’t have any tp hacks or anything too blatant but me and my full galleon would constantly get one shot by the same dude. He never missed and never reloaded his gun
I started in season 8 saw one in maybe 200h and since season 9 I've had seen 4. We destroyed one because all they had were aimbot while the others were pretty much what this video showed.

Bro same, this happend to me, my brother and his friend, we were on a brig and we were near a sloop with a cheater that hit almost every shot and never reloaded... we won because of skill(I'm new to the game but I'm good at hitting shots with cannons)

Watching this reminds me of the time my duo partner and I ended up coming across a solo hacker organically in Adventure Mode.
We were on Asian servers (I'm in Hawaii, he's in Japan) and we came across a Reaper 1 just sitting NE of Galleon's Grave. Given that we were Athena, we decided to sink him for the Flag. Cue him retaliating minutes later to just keep spawning kegs on top of us. First time I ever came across an actual cheater too. Luckily kept our ship afloat the whole time. A shame that people think they need to have cheats on to have fun. That may be true in Solo games, but not so much in multiplayer games like SoT

This happened to me and my duo, (We normally get ruined, but once the same thing. We'd stand back and front and theyd be so garbage at actual combat theyd just repeatedly die till they drive out the circle and blow themselves out. Agreed. Best feeling ever. Rare needs to do something about this. The saddest part is, they'll ban the Microsoft account and the majority of the cheaters are using Steam version and just create a new MS account to play again.

Mixelplx I have a big question I’ve been looking all over the Internet trying to find out what compass you have the glowing one and am I still able to get it or was it a limited time thing
I got a cheater over a month ago, legit one of the last times I played other then monkey island, I was doing animal runs for legendary merchant of fauna (Athena Commendation) as I turned in at port Merrick, I saw a brig on the other side full demasted, I went over there one of them on the brig was telling me they was getting spawntrapped by a guy in blue that was apparently cheating, I went over to there boat I died, the cheater noticed I was there after he killed me, he then teleported to my boat started spawn trapping me too, I killed him a few times, he then came back and sunk me with kegs, crazier part is I spawn across the map at smugglers bay, dude was at my ship right once I spawned back i, I started talking to him because he was just standing at the front of my boat,he then told me he's in college, just started his classes not even a 2 weeks ago, he said he made the cheats in 3 days with his college buddy for fun one day because he got bored, tbh that's just sad someone with basic knowledge can create cheats on your game that's been out for years like c'mon sea of thieves, do better

The biggest thing I found that gets a rise out of them is to laugh at them for how unoriginal they are. For some reason it drives them nuts and they pipe up hard after that.

Its so common to find hackers during hourglass now its really annoying especially when you have a big streak, ive never really been able to beat them because I always end up dying to the first keg they place because its very unexpected

Sank a couple hackers, but have also been sank to hackers, super frustrating to lose to them. Especially when they have multiple cheats, aimbot, cannon aim, teleport kegs, etc.
I've only seen one ship who was 100% hacking that I could confirm and we still sank them
@@Rorywizz nice, for me on HG it’s almost every session we run into a hacker. Normally the same guys just with slightly different names. I’ve got buddies who have quit the game because of how much we run into hackers

what always makes me happy about seeing little kids use this stuff is that they dont think far enough, they get most of the time banned and need a new account and also most of those have some nasty rootkits or keylogger shipping with them so yeah if he used his moms creditcard there might be some more charges than he thinks

I have returned from the store
the same thing happened to me this morning too. i was stacking some fotd‘s and kegs spawned inside my ship. first i thought it was just some bug but then a guy just appeared in front of me and onetapped me. when i respawned, i hit that guy with the sniper and he immediately disappeared. he was so bad, i killed him so often but he kept spawning kegs (even megakegs) inside my ship and blew them up. i couldnt do anything about it..

I'm quite a new player for about month and a half and it happened to me aswell the other day in hourglass and I didn't even understand what happened coz our boats just got out of the dive and I was still busy raising sails and turning and then I allready got kegged well now I know
Can you make some more content with kegs? It’s just funny seeing one keg just take down an entire shit and the ship just gets engulfed in flames and explosions

Yea i had this happen to me and buddy last night, double sweaty cheaters on same boat teleporting in adventure mode droppin kegs telporting with aimbot etc its just saddening
had someone do the exact thing to me and my buddy in hourglass. straight teleported right onto my deck and blew up his keg, and to kick it off he had aimbot
You should send this video to the game devs or whoever has the power to terminate accounts. Give the hackers a nice reward.

As far as i know, rare does not tell you if they banned someone or not. They just say thanks, we will take care. And i don't think it is worth it to get that information on other ways. I mean as soon as his parents find out how much money he spend, his computer will be sold xD

They can literally swoop them up from anywhere very quickly.
