Think a bike like this is truly a road bike where you can actually enjoy the English country roads for what they are. If you're held up in traffic no worries, your having fun being chilled out! I'm 23 but im starting to think of selling my sports bike and buying something like this sooner rather than later.
I did exactly that, sold a speed triple and bought a street twin.. never looked back
At least you can bring a passenger comfortably. Road bikes no no.......
The exhaust noise is giving me eargasms after eargasms! Beautiful engine sound.
I own a street twin and my only complaint would be that the OEM Tyres (Pirelli Phantoms) are absolutely pants. Once you ditch those, the bike is amazing.
Any tyre recommendations ?
@@richardsanders3567 I have been riding Pirelli Scorpion Trail 2’s for the last 2 years. Going to try some Avon’s next time around - maybe Avon Spirit. From what I’ve heard from other owners… it really doesn’t matter as long as it’s not the phantoms!
Been riding since I was 14, even before car license. 62 years (very young😆) now. Have had many, many bikes. Am going to trade the HD softail Deluxe for one of these due to the fact now riding alone, no more ex. I am experienced enough to know that I do not need 150 HP to have fun. Getting to the point in life that less is more. Anyone who says that they could not take one of these cross country (perhaps easily) is kidding themselves!

I test rode the Street Scrambler & loved it; lazy when you want it to be, but rapid enough for UK roads when the mood takes 👌🏻👍🏻
Just traded my Ducati Supersport for this bike love it very different but great bike so easy to ride

I got mine a week ago, Ironstone, it’s fabulous.

Where's the whistling noise coming from? Matt Workshop was doing something about that ages ago, off the top of my head i've forgotten exactly what now, but Triumphs were mentioned, and that whistling
Some say its from the water/oil pump unit.
Would you ever consider buying some cheep 2nd hand bikes (eg 125) and seeing how long it lasts etc?
Not really as I would just fix it every time, I do like the idea of getting 125cc bike for the greenlanes and fixing that up at some point. 👍
Are there any more bikes you'd like to test ride in the future?
This is my job so I hope so haha yer already have reviewed another bike I am working on that video now. Got lots more lined up before the year is out 🙂

I hope those are textile gloves. It would be really wicked to hold out a leather glove to a herd of cows as if saying "this is what you'll be one day".
