I'm not a big stamper either but I've seen others also heat emboss from the back of the paper, so emboss both front and back. It seems to help the paper not warp as much. So happy to hear your wonderful results!! Prayer is so powerful. I get such relief and calmness from praying.

Merry Christmas! What a cute last minute gift idea. I don't know what I want to be either.😉 I have not tried embossing yet. I am on the fence about investing. I don't like taking meds unless necessary. My pain med wasn't as str but from everything I had read before the surgery, was take the pain meds. So I did for several days, but then decided I was ok enough to stop. I am glad you had help and something else worked for you.
Thanks, Barb. That oxycodone did me in. I could tolerate 5 mg but doubling it gave me bad effects. When the pain was too much, I quartered the oxy to make it 2.5 mg just to take the edge away, but I mostly did icing. 😊
