Five acres, two trees. I'm not sure what the large, barren area to our right and to the rear is. I'm sure it's a lovely house, but the setting isn't especially hospitable.
I think it is the larger of the two fence squares. But a bit of explanation would be nice.

A narrative would be nice. But 5 acres is about 4 football fields which is everything within the fences. Everything green. But one good wind and all that dirt farm will end up in your house. It needs trees, desperately. I know it's been a few years but would love to know how much it went for. I'm guessing $3oo,ooo.

The 5 acres is the property that’s fence around the house and then there’s the other property next to it sort of 5 acres is everything that’s around his house but the fence going all the way around because I have on supposedly 5 acres but on the property when you look it up on my when you look it up it says my property is right under 3 acres and I was talking to my neighbor not too long ago his father-in-law his father around my house a long long time ago in the property so when we were talking about my house and his house to prop how much property we have and when I said I have close to three that’s what it says and he says no there’s about 5 acres there so looking at this video the property all around the house that’s fenced in mines kind a like that except for my house sits further back from the road I have more property out front than I do outback

The amount of product that you sell and the price of the product will determine your average income.
So cutting 5 acres is for what? One can do so much with it yet, ome does nothing but spend money to keep it up by cutting the grass... wasteful
Tax purposes. Ag exemption easiest to obtain. Have someone else come cut the grass and keep a percentage of hay bays. Everyone wins.
@@Mistik20071 the hay created from 5 acres is hardly anything worthwhile and getting someone to cut that to keep only a percentage of what they cut and process may be a waste of their time.

Here outside Dallas acres are going for 10 to 20k a acre.
@@Duck-nb4ci That's really really cheap. It's even cheaper than here in india. Here prices of agricultural land even in remote locations starts from 500000₹ per acre that's roughly 6000$
