The Jacksons' Unity Tour Live at the Apollo Theater

- The remaining four Jackson brothers performs at Harlem, New York's Apollo Theater for the first time since being discovered there during Amateur Night 43 years prior. Jermaine, Marlon, Jackie and Tito Jackson show that they can still entertain the masses as show biz professionals by producing a slick blend of major hits and rarely performed deeper cuts.
The concert is split into well-paced sequences, one of the favorites I like to call the 'Trip Down Memory Lane' where the brothers sit on stools reminiscing about the good ole days between a somber medley of slow jams, closing with a solo tribute to Michael by Jermaine, Gone Too Soon. This is the only song missing from this recording simply because I became too emotional to hold the camera, let alone see the stage through a steady stream of tears. Please forgive me.
As MC, Marlon was in his element, eliciting chants from the audience each time he caught the 'Good Foot' thus consequently stealing the show.

The hardest thing for mankind to accept is change! Sure I would have loved to see this with Michael. But in cases like this, the show must go on!

I was there and absolutely loved this show! The brothers tore it up from the moment they removed their shades. So glad they proved all the haters an dnaysayers wrong who thought they couldn't pull this off without Michael. They did and them some each brother shined on that stage and the only complaints i hears was that people didn't wanna leave. Keep killin em brothers-the Legacy of the Jacksons are all of yours.
The Jacksons are great. With or without Micheal Jackson. I love them all!
This was great concert and I am glad it was recorded. The Jacksons are talented and it was great seeing them together once more. I missed Michael but I know he was proud. Jermaine, Jackie and Marlon did a great job with the vocals. Marlon is a fantastic dancer I must say. Tito and his guitar was fantastic. I hope they make an album. I would be buy it. The band was off the chain.
This was very painful to watch but I did enjoy it. RIP Michael!!
Jermaine's segment should have include..."I Found That Girl" and "Daddy's Home" two classics!!

I knew that I would never attend this concert because I would have been in tears over missing beloved MJJ. CZcams recommendations came up with this video. I am glad that I viewed it. Thank you LegacyOfLoveMJ for posting it. I was very impressed with The Jacksons incredible stamina and fluidity throughout the concert. They looked handsome and gave it their all. Shake Your Body was electrifying. I will forever love Michael and miss him deeply. He was the sexy, ryhthmic, mesmerizing front man.
These are moments which will last forever!

Thanks for this awesome video. I saw them in vegas, they kicked butt there too! It's important to remember though that there are 5 remaining Jackson brothers. Randy didn't join them on this tour, but hopefully he will soon! He's awesome too.

I gave them a lot of credit for going on tour without the main member. You take a big chance when you go on tour when the "IT/main vocalist" member is no longer there. So kudos to them, but I'm sorry there is just a huge void in the group without Michael.

Shanda, I'm still in my feelings about the concert not coming to DC, LOL! I'm just so glad that ALL the concerts weren't cancelled. I just discovered 2 days ago that the Jacksons have their own website which is very nice. I wish the brothers much success and that people here in the U.S. stop being so negative toward them. When I think of all the older groups out here and the notoriety they receive when they "come back", I feel ashamed that so many people hate on the Jackson family just because..

Say a prayer for Randy right now, Not soon after Michael died, Michael suffered a cardiac incident. Now he is contesting Michael's will! The last picture I saw of him worried me. He didn't look like his calm steady self! I think Michael's death was too much for him!

This is one of the places where they first started out at the Apollo and I love all of the Jacksons but it's just not the same without Michael :'(
& In my opinion it never was the same after he left the Jacksons as a group either.

i have always loved the jacksons all members of the family execpt latoya and i have no problem with them singing jackson 5 or jacksons songs but they shouldn't have sang michaels solo songs they had nothing to do with those songs
Maybe because it was a Jackson Unity show, and Jermaine couldn't sing ALL of His songs. Word to the Badd was a bad ass song though.
Oh we are sorry, next time we will try not to enjoy the show we paid for too much, so people like YOU who cant be bothered to go can watch for free uninterrupted.
