Was very interesting to weatch this match up. I noticed the second reflector was reflected by GWs bucket, Light immediately stopped reflecting and then it all went down hill from there.
Not why he lost. They were pressuring to eventually see who would win up close when it mattered and after he won the first interaction with a raw turn around up smash….he didn’t do anything except run away the rest if games. In fighting games, when you demanded the respect, you go in or hold ground because you got it. He did nothing with it when Miya started running away. You don’t reset neutral and play hit and run there

@@sauce8277 Fox gets outranged by game and watch and game and watch actually edgeguards fox really well especially Miya. Fox gets a lot out of oppressive neutral but game and watch has up b out of shield. SO he lost because he doesnt know how to beat a game and watch of this caliber. Miya was cooking him the whole set it wasnt close
Light definitely kept it close, he's gotten way better at this MU over the years I disagree with you on this.

Definitely not, this MU is simply not good for fox Gnw advantage state in this MU specifically is just better overall mainly because of up b. Fox is still a faster character obviously, with better frame data but that doesn't matter when Gnw doesn't have to respect his options in neutral ect.
Not discrediting Miya, they're very good just saying Foxes advantage state in this MU gets shut down easily.

For sure atm. Maister is still great but Miya just beat 3 top players to make top 8 sooo...
Definitely. damage made by Maister per neutral win is 30％-60% while Miya is like 30％-110％.
And Miya is better at finding kill by active pressure while Maister relies too much on opponent running into smash attacks (which top players now rarely do)

That “get out of jail free” up-b from gnw is so broken. Gnw frame data is ridiculous. I feel for Light. He just lost to Miya again at port priority 8…it’s why I came to check this out.
He lost to the best game and watch in the world. Just the way these things go. You b is good but that doesn't mean its broken.
Maybe Light needs to pick up a sword character secondary for Luigi and GnW

They are all like spamming man. It's like all they spam is jumping, double jump, short hop, spamming aerials, ground attacks, getup attack, roll, neutral getup and specials. It's like come on man, mix it up
