Well we got access to the pr-test server today and it's got some really cool stuff. I love the new drone cabin, but I hope it doesn't turn out to be too op. I also quite like the new mgs and cooling heavy cabin. Also HOVER NERF FINALLY, let's just hope it's enough.

Couple things I forgot to mention in the video is that this hover nerf barely effects low powerscore hovers in pvp, so they're still going to be a plague. Also we're only getting on of each weapon in the battle pass and in order to craft the fused versions we need "lighters" but you can only get enough lighters for 2 legendaries in the pass and nothing else. So basically you're going to have to spend exorbitant amounts of money on pass levels to get enough for fused parts. I encourage you to reply to this comment with your thoughts on that, also go on their forums and let them know there, please keep it civil though.

Omnis reduce spread and Catalina didn't get touched... They're dropping a lot of mgs in an mg meta... Loads of fun farming this pass.
@@davidgraham8518 I've never had a problem with omnis, but yeah, catalina needs a nerf.
I'm certain that by the time I earn enough coin to get the Catalina it will be nerfed into the ground... 😩
I can only imagine the drone fusions that might come around. Those things are going to be hard to kill and just dish out tons of damage, especially with sidekicks.
TY salty. I've been running 4 arbiters at 8999 since your video and crushing it. Too bad they nerfed them. Now I'm running hadron, reload module, 1 porc, 2 kings, 1 kapkan at 8999 for my daily driver. You have the best XO content so thanks bruh.

What is a realistic number of lighters you can get during the event? Just came back to crossout, so I haven’t played the last battle pass with this lighter mechanic.
And, really cheap of them to only give 1 of each gun.

Realistic number? Probably 8-900 if I had to guess since there's some through out the pass but most people aren't going to have time to level the pass beyond like 90-100 I'd say so that'll heavily limit it.

Does the new cabin work with junkbows?
I dont know if its cool down based or reload based could you test it for me?
Also gremlin builds and shotgun builds are gonna be meta from what I see
Junkbows are reload based.
The new cabin is strictly cool down and not reload.
@The Salty Redneck so classic style shottys, hammerfalls, Mace's,gremlins etc will all fall under the new cabin perk. So the "nerf" as they say to hovers is going to make machine gun hovers with the new cab even more lethal 🤔

We're probably getting more than one of each weapon. In pretty much all of the livestreams they've only shown one weapon but when it goes live at least two, if not three, weapons are provided.
Hopefully, still though, even with that the lighters aren't going to be enough to get sets of everything.
In case of the tempest, which is also 4e, they gave 2, so I expect it to be the same with these mgs, which are also 4e

No way I'm spending any real money on this game. The only thing certain is the build you worked months getting will be nerfed. I caution anyone to think twice before giving these and other greedy deceptive game companies any money. When did this become normal?
well they need ot make money and they are working to provide more content so withiout this, you would be forced to pay just to play. that being said they are too greedy like the packs cost too mmuch, and its wayy to grindy to get relics
Good idea. As long as your do your daily raids and sell copper eventually the grind pays off. I bought the polar lights battle pass though, for the huginn cabin. And I bought the death pack, it comes with 2 grenadiers so I could upgrade mine. Now I have coins and could get a new MG or generator. I am waiting for the steel shield pack to go on sale. I have a job and don't intend to buy all battle passes but the huginn is too good. Purple heavy with a good shape and built in radiator. (I'm building a tank)
This battle pass seems to be worth it. U gwt epic weapons epic cabin and best generator in the game for just 10 euros
no fuck that, hovers dont need this nerf, im pissed they nerffed thembefore with the movement speed. they are a supirior form of movment. you dont just nerf it cause people lack skill, you get better. hovers let you be more versatile. and omnis need to be fixed too.
clanwars is about having the best stratagies and being able to have a lot of awarness and mobility so ofc hovers will dominate, and they should. just have to learn to use them. you dont go into a war with a pistol and then complain its not fair that the enemy has rifles and and you dont go to the olimpic archery contest being a noob with a walmart bow and demand they change the rules and ban the high tech bows with counterweights. you leern how to get better and you learn how to use the best equipment suited for the job.
if anythiing needs a nerf its the no skill weapons like homing missiles and drones and mele, but at least with mele you need to know how to be sneaky, but its still a shitty playstyle
I would understand your sentiment IF hovers were legendaries and the only movement part that was, but they are not. They are epics and they should be equally as good as the other epic movement parts. The weapons you mentioned there need more skill than hovers currently, that's how broken hovers are. Now if you're fighting other hovers as a hover, then yeah that takes skill. Something I should also add is that the addition of camera turning has really made hovers even more insane, now if you have weapons with really limited angles due to how much armor you put around them you just have to look where you want to shoot instead of trying to keep your build faced towards them.
Judging from your list of stuff that needs nerfed there (which is all stuff that's good against hovers) I'm guessing hover is all you play, I suggest you start playing a variety of things, you'll find the game is much more enjoyable when you do and you won't be mad when one thing is nerfed.

@@huesos7953 Unfortunately he's not the only one. There was a guy in my clan's discord that said they were perfectly fine and that players that think other wise are ruining the game. He rage left after we kept repeatedly telling him they were broken.
@@TheSaltyRedneck i have played other things, like omnis,, but they are kinda meh because they take way too long to accelarate, they dont respond for a second or 2 when you turn and if you move in another direction you loose all your momentum.
i just dont like other wheels, i want to focus on aiming and not worry about manual steering. its not fun and really frusterating to use just regular wheels for me. also hovers are alredy very weasy to destroy anyway, thats the reson we hae to put a lot of them on. like if they rased the durability so we vould effectivly have 4 or 5 of them, then sure the nerf wouldent be so bad unless you use like 10 or more hovers.
do not i come mostly from games were i have the option to fly so i take that rout whenever possible.
immagine playing counterstrike or an fps like that were you couldent turn with the camera and couldent strafee ether. no one would play that. thats why hovers are the best choice for clanwars. but thats not bad, they shouldent be nerfed for that, it offers a tactical advantage so you can focus more on possitioning and aiming instead of pressing a bunch of buttons and constantly looking around so you dont run into a wall and then having to constantly adjust yourself instead of focussing on the targer so you end up with a lot of shots being luck based.
@@TheSaltyRedneck there only "broken" to people that dont want to use them and want wheels to be the only thing around, later yall gonna come for the screw tracks because they are manuverable, and then people will cry untill they half their alredy slow speed, and when anything with omniirectional movment is nurffed out of existance then the wheel people will be happy.
like crossout should be about diversity and honestly, id like helis to be a normal thing but that will get a lot of hate. flying worked in robocrat. but i do understand the devs cant be botherd to do that and you will have way too many people complaining even though helis cant hide, are vulnerable to missiles and dont have that much health and most weapons can deal with them from the ground. but anyway this comment is not about that.
i do agree they are kinda ruining it for clanwars cause CW is about having the best tactical advantage possible and about absolute controll.
that being said i do realise we all have different opinions of what the game should be and a lot of people want crossout to be just a clasical car game with normal wheels and weapons, and thats fine but i want the game to be lore like a competitive fps wwere omnidirectional movment is essential.
considering theres so many parts out that go away from the classic car thing, maybe they should give you gus a brawl mode and let you earn all the resourses avalible and give you guys your own clan wars. and then we can leave our hovers and other parts alone without nurfing them into the ground
