Along with many misconceptions, this form of Islamic finance venture promotes the accumulation of wealth among the partners and shareholders rather than distribution of incomes. You have promptly explained the basics of distributive aspects instead of accumulation. Broadly The present structure of Islamic Economics is just a replica of the same capitalist system where the exploitation of certain groups is necessary for creation of wealth.

Aslamu alaikum my brother what is factoring transaction in Islam example I’m seller and buyer is willing to pay me after 30 days the full amount of the transaction but the factory company is a third party who’s works between seller and the buyer, Factoring pay the seller next day after they deduct fee and they will wait the full amount of the transaction from the buyer, Please help if factoring transaction is permissible in Islam, Thank you
