சர்க்கரை இரண்டரை பங்கு+அரைப்பங்கு முந்திரி பாதாம் கொரகொரப்பாக பவுடர் செய்து சேர்த்தால் செமையாக இருக்கும் சகோதரா! 7கப் மீடியமான சூட்டில் தான் கிளறினால் மிருதுவாக இருக்கும். தீயை முழுமையாக வைத்து செய்தால் 7 கப் சற்று கடினமாக இருக்கும். மைசூர்பாகு மற்றும் 7கப் செய்வதற்கு ரொம்ப பொறுமை வேண்டும் சகோதரா!

Dear Shivam sir and Chef Dena. I tried this recipe and was very happy with the result. My only comment was instead of 1:3 ratio of sugar I tried with 1:2 ratio. Output was apt for me.
