- Easy strawberry yogurt oatmeal muffins recipe
If you have strawberries and yogurt at home, try making this muffins, it's so delicious, my husband love it so much.
Recipe for 9 Muffins
Ingredients:
100g oatmeal (1 cup)
65g flour (1/2 cup)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1 egg
50g / 4 tbsp xylitol or sugar (1/4 cup)
3 tbsp oil
250g yogurt (1 cup)
100g fresh strawberries (1/2 cup)
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- mix egg, sugar, oil and yogurt. Pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well.
- Use silicone muffin form.
- Portion it the muffins batter into silicone muffin form with ice cream scoop.
- Bake at 180°C/350°F for 25 minutes.
- Cool down.
