That was great :) I've heard Thích Nhất Hạnh say as well that anger can be used as a tool, but his example (to an audience of children) was to use it to motivate yourself into productive action. Seems nice, though, to have the objectivity to observe your own emotions and decide to use them as you see fit, instead of getting caught up in them. You are not the mind, you are not your emotions, etc.

Thanks a lot for the upload. I have reached just the first 6.5 min (after 30 minutes of elapsed time) of the video and each sentence of HER's has got tremendous depth and meaning. We need to diver deeper and decipher if at all we can. SHE is explaining extremely complex topics in a very simple language, we cannot go just by the face value. That is the voice of a 12 year old girl in an adult body discussing the advaita system, then She switches over instantly to the samkhya in the Gita. How sad and disturbing that none of these Masters could understand the best way to wake up the human race to reality and truth would be to stay young and healthy and live well past 120 years looking young and healthy....these Masters obviously feel that the body is meaningless and the only meaningful thing is the connection to the One Source. Period. This is why we evolve so damn slowly! We need that one Master, that one example to show physically what we can do with a focused Mind and Heart. And when the population can see with their own eyes that we can manifest DELIBERATELY whatever we choose, including perfect health and youthfulness, then this world and human race will experience heaven here on Earth and really fully ENJOY life in ways we never could imagine. WHO is going to step up and be that ONE? Jesus says He and Mary Magdalene lived some 600 years in that most famous incarnation, but nobody knows about it and nobody knew it when it was happening. They moved around a lot fron village to village in what we now call Europe, when the locals were beginning to age and Jesus was not. He showed what is possible but in those days the whole human race could not know about it......
