yah it mostly stayed - and like oyu know when you apply lipstick and stick your finger in your mouth and pull out, all the color thats on your finger wouldve been on your teeth. its kinda like that

Yes, when I shampoo! But I think maybe a reason is because I wash my hair every 4 days and don't brush it, so for 4 days I don't get shedding until I loosen everything. And yes, I love these supplements. I see so many baby hairs at the crown of my head and my hair has grown soooo fast!
