Married couple, owners of business and citizens from E1 country , selling goods from home country (SWE) online in the usa thru amazon, this year has been 500.000 USD. However, we can not find how we would pay tax on our income if granted an E1 visa. We do not want to pay double taxes. Our country has FATCA. We have contacted our "IRS" that tells us to contact the us IRS but they are superhard to reach.
Hi. Services are good too for the E1 visa. I recommend that you watch my video on the E1 Requirements. You can find it on my CZcams Channel. Good luck.
Hello, how i understand i must export something from my country ? And what of i want to import from another country ? For example my citizenship Kazakhstan but i want to import silk fabric from turkey?i am resident of turkey? And what i document i must show for consolus?
Hi. The trade that counts for E1 visa purposes is the trade between your country of nationality (not residence) and the USA. So unfortunately, the trade with Turkey would not help you get this visa. Sorry for the bad news.
Sir, there is a confusion on E-1 Visa;Is this visa only for getting employment OR a person may start a business in the U.S and at the same time be an essential employee or a boss of that business...the difference between employee and boss is not so clear because if you are starting a business then you will be the boss not an employee and you will visit U.S as a boss.
The E1 visa can be used for the boss and for an employee. It has both applications. The employee is on the payroll of the business. The boss is not per se required to be on the payroll of the business.
@@InmigracionAbogado So, In other words, A person can start a business with his own money, represent him self as a boss/owner and be eligible to apply for E1. He does not have to apply/show as a significant/insignificant employee separately. If I am getting it right.
Hi. The E1 is a great visa. It can be used by both the owner of the business as well as an employee of the business. I recommend that you watch my video on the E1 Visa Requirements: czcams.com/video/JWVl-oYQdoQ/video.html

Are Bolivians eligible for a visa E1 or E2? I heard that Bolivians might not be eligible for the E2 anymore
People from Bolivia can apply for the E1, but not the E2 visa. Sorry for the bad news if you wanted an E2.
