Christophe, I loved this tour in particular. All of your tours are great, but in the gated communities you can see more of the beautiful architecture. I understand privacy in the LA area, but it is refreshing to see a little more than gates, tall trees, tall hedge and walls. Keep up the great work!

Gracious living on display. I detect a real sense of community would be felt by the residents of that neighborhood and I hope historic preservation would be the rule of the day.

What an absolutely gorgeous area that is. The eclectic mixture of styles and the quiet neighborhoods add to the charm. I noticed that a lot of the houses don't have garages. Is that because of the relatively mild temperatures, Christophe?

Good morning Christophe, at 1:17 right across from Muhammad Ali's estates is the Pickford Estates of Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks. Old Hollywood royalty.
We are lucky we bought some furniture and art from Muhammad Ali's estate and Mary Pickford. One of the paintings in our bedroom was Mary's

May I ask your opinion on security issues.
The one thing keeping me from building my dream home in an estate area just west of Calgary, is that I live alone, work long hours and like too take month's off in the winter too travel.
What have you found that other's in my situation would do to keep a home & it's belongings secure?
What might be the best deterrents? No walls/hedges & few people even have gates.

Very nice tour. I can only imagine how much the HOA dues and maintenance costs are. But, I guess if you can afford a home there, then you are really not worried about that.

Ali's house would be worth 1-2 million in the St. Louis area.
If it wasn't Ali's former property, I assume it would cost only half the price, around 7-8 million. Christophe would know better. Vice versa, the same building for 2 Mio in St. Louis would probably double in price, if it was Ali's fromer house, I guess. But still cheaper obviously.
I don't think Ali's name adds much value. An asking price is an asking price, it will sell for what it is worth.
Thanks a lot for the feedback. Interesting, I would have thought it would add value to it, as it does oftentimes with even simple belongings of famous celebrities, whether it's a piece of clothing or something alike, shooting up the price manifold.

I had a neighbor property owner in KY who put up a gate across an access road to my property. He sued and lost getting a gated community. LOL This is true. Tried to block access to my estate. Then the fool tried to appeal it.
It would be cool if Arthur Dark who does the "Hollywood Graveyard" could include passed actors homes for sale into his video's.
Anyhow.... I really enjoy your video's and seeing the homes and neighborhoods. I picked up on your channel late last year. I spent the week of Christmas watching many of your video's. Spectacular homes and real estate agent!!
