Instead of helping the injured people in my brothers car, he sculled a couple of cans of alcohol before the police arrived. He wasn't charged with drunk driving because they couldn't prove he was drunk from drinking before or after the collision. I'm still so angry, even after 18 years.
I'm so sorry, man... When I crashed into a parked car (thankfully) just outside my grandmas parking lot, my cousin tried to pull me out because it was leaking something & my fam was worried. I pushed him away, shut the door & called 911. I explained everything & accepted my fate. I was 23 at the time, and I've never done anything like that. It was a bad string of events that led up to it that night, but I still take full responsibility (as I should). I can't imagine doing what these sick people have done. No amount of alcohol can change your character, regardless of what situation you're in...

He lost his CDL so he couldn't drive the 18 wheeler he had just purchased so he got his karma. Ruined his career and ended up dying about 5 years later from drinking. Smh

It’s not a metric system for alcohol based at different times at different levels. They will do a blood test since an accident was involved. I lost my uncle to an impaired driver. I hope all were ok and the lady has her license revoked. There are too many services the impaired woman could help address and advise her through a rough patch in life.
