Depends on where you currently rank for your location. If you 're not visible for your neighbourhood how can you expect to be found for your city, let alone your state

I have a question about our website, we are a local business and looking to make also online sales to do click & collect etc, but I don't want my website to look too much like a proper e-commerce website, impersonal, I would like customer to still understand we are also local and small business, does that make sense? Hi Angie. Yes it does. I would create a dedicated section on the site for "click and collect" and push it as a service on the home page

Fiverr is full of scammers who will likely promise to build 100's of backlinks very cheaply. Avoid like the plague. If you are going down that path try finding a reputable agency. It's not cheap. Alternatively you can do it yourself.

Do original images really make a difference over stock photos? I do a lot of websites for auto repair shops and often rely on stock imagery as my clients just don't have quality images of their own staff, shop, etc.
Hi Tom. Yes they do. Even if the quality is nowhere near as good, using unique photos are way better than stock photos. It also helps create the local feel that stock photos can't provide. Plus, nowadays, how difficult is it to take a good pic? Everybody has a smart phone with 3 integrated camera lenses ;-)
Quick question on NAP I don't actually use an address just a city this is on the footer of the website. should I switch that to an address,, however after checking what citations I have ,I can see my address on the one I checked........ so should I should change the footer of my website to match the addresses my citations I am thinking? is that correct
I would change it so it is consistent with the citations unless you don’t want anyone to know what your exact address is

I have a service based business and live in a small town 20 miles NW of Columbus, Ohio. I only want to travel 30 miles at most, which covers half of Columbus.

Hi rebecca. If your page is already getting traffic then I wouldn't change it. If not feel free to change it and don't forget to implement a 301 redirect from old to new
