Al-Bake needs no introduction. First introduced in India back in 1996, their original outlet is in NFC market, though now several branches have opened up across Delhi. They were the first ones to bring the concept of shawarmas from Saudi Arabia to India, but Indianized them a bit to cater to the taste buds of Delhiites. Their shawarma rolls are soft, juicy and stuffed with minced meat. They are served with delicious mayo and mint chutney. They are easy on the pockets and quite filling which makes shawarmas one of the ultimate street food in Delhi!
Besides their shawarmas, they are also known for their other Mughlai items like Chicken Korma, Chicken Changezi, Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka etc. This street food is Delhi’s go-to comfort food!

so true man i had al bakes shawarma in 2009 but after a few years i went back just to have shawarma and i was disappointed .

Bhai if you are in community centre, NFC you must also try chole bhature at Nathus! That restaurant is literally famous for serving great chole bhatures since forever. My whole childhood and till this date I've never been disappointed with their chole bhatures

Another good vlog...it's a great shawarma..Saudi Arabia shawarma is different.. because it's shape of the chicken is different and they use potato fry.. but..mechanism is same...your information is good crispy and to the point...great keep it up

I live in NFC for the last ten years and Al-Bake's Shwarma is really iconic. Taste has not changed a bit since ten years. I'm a regular at Al-Bake NFC Community Center.
