スパゲッティを茹でる時の『裏技』を‥昔TVで伊藤家の裏技でやってました。
お鍋の水が沸騰して麺を入れてから1分間は麺を混ぜて(くっつかない様にする為)その後は蓋をしてその麵の茹で時間で放置するだけでアルデンテになりますよ。ガスの節約になりますし他の料理にガスが使えますよ🙂
