Believe or not, Beatrix's 22H didn't wallbounce at EVO Japan, but that was changed when she was actually released.

Tbh i think it only needs slightly increased damage scaling. With how stubby her normals are, and the fact that theres consistent counterplay to all her moves, she actually kinda needs the damage to compete. Its U ver also doesnt wallbounce from the other side of the screen like some other chara's do. And all this is coming from someone who plays ferry, who goes thru hell fighting her.
If u want both bea's damage and her special significantly nerfed, then basically everyone outside the bottom tier deserves a nerf of some kind as well. Principally huge damage nerfs across the board. And thats just a start
