If your not in manual mode and downshift to first it won't Rev match no matter what rpm, but if your in manual mode you can downshift to first if your below about 2800 rpm and it will Rev match for you. But the hotter the car is the smoother the Rev matching will be
@@stealthm5 2800 is so low! I just get lazy and break until stop at that point lol. I will agree though, the transmission shifts so much better when the temperature is up (fluid level better). Does this have the RR headers + ecu package? It sounds like a beast!

Normally every gear is really smooth except for 2-1 that is almost always a jerky shift. But I honestly don't know what could be different about your car

Don’t think I’ve ever downshifted from 2nd to 1st coming from to a rolling stop. No jerkiness even with rev matching?
ive learned that around 27mph is where you can downshift from second to first without too much jerkiness. depends on how the car is feeling i guess 😂
