You can't beat a catamaran for space, this is huge for the length. Love the clean bright finishes and layout. Great tour Nick thank you.
You're welcome!
Two Oceans is quite a common name in Cape Town. The Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet between Cape Agulhas and Cape Point. Catamarans are the better option to deal with the these turbulent waters. Great to see our 'local' brands represented in the USA.
A didn't know that South Africa manufactured boats of this calibre! That's awesome to see. This is really a stunning catamaran 😊
You may have heard of Leopard Catamarans? They're super popular and are also built in Cape Town, South Africa. Other brands built there are Balance Catamarans and XQuisite Yachts as well as Hammer Yachts. Damen even builds a bunch of offshore vessels in Cape Town. Pretty cool.
Any sub-80 footer that could push past 1000 nm at cruise is very worthy of respect! What a machine this is! Thanks for showing us around, Nick!
Have you ever heard of Nordhaven? All 46 footers greater have
3000+ miles range
No internal bridge? Who would want to travel a 1,000 NM completely with open bridge?
@@sw8407 Probably not too difficult to retrofit an enclosed or semi-enclosed FB with this platform, I'd reckon.
@@Unuthryear Those are great boats too. Notice that I said "any". Hahaha
I'll say it...I love the light finish.... it's just soft and warm...I can smell the salt air wafting into my cabin! ❤ Nice
You can tell the quality simply from the cable loom in the engine room, very impressive boat. Beautiful beachy theme. Love it.
I’m always amazed at the space available on a cat… I particularly love the casual coastal vibes of the interior and that forward fly bridge sun bed is absolutely where you’d find me… great tour Nick 👍
Thank you! 🙂
I am a sucker for cats and the flexibility of configuration of this one definitely makes it desirable they are definitely going to sell a few of these. Nice choice Nick 👍
Cummins B series are perfect for that boat. On top of that, there are literally millions of those engines, so parts are easy to find, and not terrible in price.
Your presentation.... transport me to the reality of a different word....I fell like I belong...to that kind of word ..you belong to TV ...many thanks for your movies 😊
You're very kind 🙂
Love this boat and love these reviews of smaller yachts. Somehow they're more relatable than the +100ft superyacht tours.
for that price shes a steal!! for sure one of the best valued boats in the channel under 3 million USD
What a lovely boat! I really like the layout and the sunbathing area in front of the flybridge
I just watch this channel so it's easier to choose a home when the revolution comes.
Aha! A floating weekender......with beachhouse vibes....perfect for those shallower waters.... I don't really like cats but I do like this one.....just don't plan on making passage when the weather is foul. A very polite and helpful broker too...... at last. Take note you uppity salespersons.... (and remember that's what you are) this is how you do it when Nick is aboard. Over and out. S :)
Range is amazing for a boat that can go that fast. Don't like the sailing cats but these vast, powered machines are perfect for a family that goes out, tosses the anchor and plays, eats, swims and lives! They are starting to grow on me especially this 3 cabin layout where the owner's accommodation is so large. It's beautiful.
Perfect for Whitsundays! Great vid as always
Very nice boat, Vincent did the right thing, grabbing your ear and taking you to film this one 🤪, lovely boat. 👍❤️🇬🇧
I like it…… decent proportions. I like the absence of a helm on the main deck…… I would definitely go for 4 cabins, duplicating the two hulls and keep the forward main deck as social space.
However, I don’t like the only helm with a central screen to hide behind. In rough weather or night passage it would be grim. I assume it can be totally enclosed with vinyl etc, but relying on a view out in poor weather would be stressful
The fit and finish does look a little “flat pack”, clean crisp and tidy but not sumptuous. It reminds me of a modern hire craft.
Excellent tour as always Nick 🙂🇬🇧
If you're planning a lot of rough weather and/or night work, you're probably looking for something different to this, which is all about lovely days out on the water. 🙂
One of the best Catamaran I've ever seen, the deck configuration and facilities are just great. And with that price range I think it's a bargain. Great tour as always from Nick, regards from Bali....
I hope you can get a main deck helm as an option, just in case the weather turns. Thank you for the tour as always.
See if you can get onto one of the bigger Two oceans cats if you can, Ive always liked the looks of catamarans.....Also....another great video !!
It's nice but with the open flybridge only, I don't think it is for UK waters. For 9 months of the year anyway.
I doubt you'll see many over here.
Absolutely fantastic. What a dream
I love the decor on this boat, very comfortable and casual and beachy. Great space. Slightly strange that on a boat with such space and range the only place to drive it is from the open flybridge...I would want an interior helm position. There's so much seating in the main cabin, I'd give up a little of that to put a helm position down there *or* make it so the forward part of the flybridge can be closed off.
it is a very good first hull. it seems they got the cabin spaces just right. i am not fond of the allocation of space on the main deck. galley is too large in relation to the rest of the space and the saloon seems chopped up with the dining and extra seating area. the interior access to the front deck is very nice but i am looking for larger drains there (maybe they are hidden). no internal helm....big issue. they could fit one small screen, throttles, and an autopilot repeater nearly anywhere in the main cabin and they absolutely should. glad the put the exhausts below the waterline. nice touch. lovely tour, nick. you are getting more adroit at dealing withe unplanned cameos which i think will become more common as your channel grows. cheers.
"no internal helm....big issue" have to agree with that, maybe there wasnt room?? 🤣🤣🤣
Nice cat. Warming to these big power cats. Very versatile for layout.
Hi Nick, And what a great start of this week with this Two Oceans 555 wauw what a space inside I like the big galley and salon the big bedrooms even the twin all ensuite and a lot of storage on board very nice Thanks again Nick that is a great show ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Love this catamaran! Great layout, if I went with one I would do just what this owner has done. The color scheme is great too, nice, bright and airy. Excellent tour Nick!
Hey Nick another awesome catamaran and a whole lot more space than any other yacht of it's size, I think I would have my owners cabin on the main deck with that great view out the front, have a great day bud and all Aquaholics 👍
I have to challenge how much time, other than sleeping, that you spend in your cabin other than to get some privacy. So 1) why waste the great view on a saloon cabin with a huge wall blocking your view, it's usually dark when you're sleeping and 2) do you even really need a huge owners cabin when you wont spend much time there. Its sort of like going to Disney World. Why pay top dollar for a room to sleep in, because from sun up to sun down(or later), you're never in the room. Clearly there are other benefits, but to the point. Gorgeous cat though, Cheers !
That's such a roomy Cat, looks like a Librarian decorated it,a bit plain, but like it says, you can set it up anyway you want, cheers Nick.
So much boat for the money. Loved it :)
Thank you for a wonderful walkthrough and thank you to Vincent for arranging all.
I love those aft deck controls, no engine shut off !! And exposed like that not very ascetic or safe.
What a brilliant family boat and another great video nick 🛥🚤⛵️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Love the catamaran space, and they did a really nice job with the interior decor. Fantastic engine room too! Hopefully there's a way to add some teak to the decks because that's a lot of GRP... Thanks for the tour!
It looks absolutely lovely very bright and spacious all the mod cons you come to expect.Excellent video as always Nick thank you
My pleasure!
Really nice layout and bags more cabin space than some of the other Cats you've featured. The saloon is a real standout and I love the sunken area at the front. Nice it has so many configuration options too.
I've heard a few stories where those lightning rods have saved some sailors from getting their fiberglass sailboat's bottoms blown out and equipment fried, and of course some stories where the worst happened with strikes without them. I suspect how and where one uses the boat would have much to do with risk mitigation, which might be why you're not used to seeing them. Lovely boat; I quite like how they designed this interior. Cheers, Nick.
Clever design. I like the wider space design, very comfortable.
You went into the salon and I went WOO, spacious and the pale wood and all the windows makes the salon look light and airy. Which carries on into the cabins. Very very nice boat the owner made some good choices.
What a beautiful Yacht Nick, and mad respect to Vincent too.
Now that is how you treat people who are promoting their products!
11:44 Anyone want to talk about the school bus on the water there?
Great tour, Nick. Looks like that window to the saloon moves, as well as the doors. Very nice layout.
Those are ferries (but I see what you mean!) 😄
@@AQUAHOLIC Children get to ride those!? Jealous. :D
Glad you did not get told off by the guys on the flybridge "Were having a meeting here!!" like last time.
Luvs me a cat any day. Thanks Nick
True lovely beutifull yacht...
Inventory and use off Space is very smart..
And it looks great..
Many thanks for the Tour Nick..
Glad you enjoyed it!
Very nice!! I enjoy this format!
I really enjoyed how much this looks like a real home on board. Very nice indeed. Thank you. Cheers! 🍷
You're very welcome!
Now that’s a catamaran that really shows off its advantages! When you first entered the main deck, I literally thought you were standing in a modern apartment!
So far I didn’t really like catamarans, since especially the cabins seemed very small and pressed together, but this one is different. Nevertheless the owners cabin wastes some space somehow, the double bathrooms aren’t really necessary and probably I would go with the four cabin layout (if I ever won the lottery). But finally a worthy opponent for my all time favorite, the Galeon 680 :)
By the way, great tour as always!
Not a cat fan as a rule but I like this one, I'm looking forward to you bringing us the new galeon 800 fly, keep up the great tours nick
Me too, should be a great boat!
I normally don't really like boats that look like apartments - they ought to look "boaty" - but this one pulls it off really well, it's really tastefully done and the space is amazing.
This is the first time I can say I'm proud of something South African.
Only problem what i can see is the helm is open to the elements , apart from that i would go 4 cabins , perfect !
Absolutely beautiful !!!!!
Beautiful yacht nick
Hello. This Catamaran is quite stupendous. The woodwork finish is amazing. I love the coziness of the owner's cabin. My favourite area is the sunbathing section. But then, the living room / kitchen is so beautiful and inviting too! ❤ The huge spaces in Catamarans always continue to surprise me in good way, of course. This one is one of most beautiful that I have seen. Thank you for the lovely tour. 🪻🌺🌼🎉
Lovely to see a south african boat on your channel I've work extensively on the electronics on these boat and I just love all of them too many to mention but all very beautiful boats
I would love to see more fully electric cats!
I see a lot of different power cats out there and I think this has one of the best layouts, designs, and options of any cat out there. Throw in the beastly engine and range and this thing might just be perfect. For $2.5M it's staggering, I see features this has like the flybridge crane arm that aren't seen on $6M power cats.
Two Oceans Catamaran - one hull per ocean. Impressive yacht. Because "cats" are twice as spacious as single hull yachts, they can be twice as much fun. And this boat looks to have fun designed right into the GRP. Thanks for the tour and thank you Two Oceans and Vincent for sharing.
Named Two Oceans because it’s built in Cape Town, South Africa which has both the Atlantic and Indian oceans.

Lekker man lekker 🇿🇦
En dis net hier in die kaap gemaak. Ek wonder waar?
She's massive... amazing how she can be a owner/user boat...
That's a lot of boat for $ 2,5! I like it, even the flybridge this time. It suites this boat.
That interior, kitchen ect is feckin gorgeous 👌
Like the owner's cabin option! Snazzy!👍👍
That's a lot of bang for them buck. It's an impressive holiday home. I would love to own this one. Thank you Nick.
Spacious is just the beginning, well thought out, Very impressed with the size!
Nice performance and range top it off
Great tour Nick
Thank you very much!
one of the coolest cats you've shown so far .... lovely boat.
I've never been a fan of the catamarans. I think its partly to do with the cabins. But this one I really like. Plenty of room in the cabins. great use of space giving you that floating home feeling. I like the multi options of layout that you can have. Thank you for showing us around this one Nick
Love it nick thank you ❤️
Nice to see you enjoying a little Florida sunshine Nick. Sooo much real estate on this vessel! As always, much thanks for the thorough walk around.
My pleasure!
Love this one, there are plenty on the market but I love the layout and light, there wasn’t a dark room or space. For UK I’d like to see a semi enclosed flybridge and rear deck version so I can use in Lymington harbour in the winter but sure they can accommodate this. Vincent was a nice guy who I’d do business with as not a wide boy nor a yuppie Daddies boy if anyone remembers those and there are plenty in boat sales as you know Nick, not including you! 😂. I will order one of these, but still will have 2 Northman’s for the Hoi polloi 😅
Gorgeous cat. Thanks for sharing Nick !
Glad you enjoyed it!
After seeing a few catamarans on your channel I've changed my fantasy boat to one of them - this one's a frontrunner. 🙂
Nice tour Nick , l think ya all is getting the hang of this here boat tour stuff ( LOL) all the Best Nick ol boy.
Thanks 👍
That’s so spacious and airy. I think the interior looks a bit ikea, but it’s still rather nice with some interesting details.
That pushes on a bit! 25kn is pretty decent, 1,000+ nm range is fantastic too.
Very nice Nick
I've actually heard of them before. I think they have one of the best layouts on a catamaran. I also like Horizons layout. I don't think any other manufacturers comes close to either of these two. Oh I forgot about prestige they have a decent layout as well. If it had an enclosed flybridge it would be perfect for where I boat. Great tour Nick
Truly amazing the interior space you get for a 55 foot boat. I love the layout especially with the master stateroom up on the bridge deck. I think you might have mixed up the number of the range though. I don't know where you got the range of 1500 miles from. According to yachting magazine the range is at 10 knots 1Gal / mile which would give it a range of about 700 miles. According to southern boating review the range is at 400 -420 miles at 18-19 knots. I checked on 2 oceans website and they don't give a number of range at all which speaks for itself.
Beautiful!
This is beautiful. I love spacious owner yachts🎉🎉🎉
It's no Gulf Craft Majesty 175 it's a Catamaran and if I was on another channel I'd probably ask the question I've never got answered here on previous catamarans so will leave it as it's a nice boat rather have the Silent 55 👌🖖
Very nice catamaran and lots of well laid out space for a boat of that size. Thanks for another great tour!
Thanks for watching!
It's beautiful. I love it. The only thing it's missing is an oven. I saw a microwave there, but not a proper oven, which is a shame. Otherwise it's gorgeous
A lot of microwaves are combination conventional ovens also.
What a wonderful looking, spacious power cat. Thanks for the tour.
Our pleasure!
LOL two oceans is actually a vineyard in South Africa . Very nice boat indeed....needs some Teak to make it really special..
That's a really nice one.
Definitely a warm weather boat, I would not fancy taking her out in the middle of winter anywhere more than ~50 degrees North or South latitude. She does look very nice inside and out, though
was thinking the same thing... would love to see a northern europe version... especially with the forward owners cabin varient having the bed facing the windows rather vthan away from them.
Brilliant!!
Wonderful boat with plenty of options and oodles of space.
Awesome tour as always!
Many thanks!
👍 👍 👍 👏 👏 👏 😍 😍 😍 عاااالیه دمتون گرم توضیحات کامل و مفید بود دستتان درد نکند خسته نباشید خدمت شما
I'm not really a fan of catermarans personally but I'm sure I'm in a minority group.
Thank you once again Nick for another great tour.
My pleasure!
Thanks for the tour Nick. I wasn't familiar with this yacht company. It is a nice cat for sure and the speed & range surprised me. Not bad at all.
Brilliant review. I can feel the summer warmth all the way from Miami. I like this layout with less bars and more relaxing space. Gives it a real family getaway feel 😊❤. One thing though - not really great for Scandinavian weather if that exposed helm station is the only option. Could be really wet and windy up there 😅
I actually like this!!!!!!!!!!!
Did you say 1,500 nautical miles?
Impressive.
Only thing I would do different is have the top where the helm is, have it fully enclosed.
Otherwise nice catamaran. Especially for one less than 50 feet.
Great job. Thankyou
Love it 😍
Fantastic tour as always Nick, love the respect you show for other people onboard the amazing boats in your videos. I must say tho, that cats aren’t really my thing, I just don’t feel the love for them. I can really appreciate the quality and what they can offer, but I’m just a single hull type of guy😂. Oh if I can Nick, a personal question, do you fancy taking on a YTS, I’m 48 tho, hopefully not to old for a career change, just don’t ell my wife & kids😂😂😂😂. Keep up the great tours👍🏻👍🏻
Is YTS still a thing I wonder? 😄
@@AQUAHOLIC I’m showing my age, perhaps I’m not suited for the YTS after all😂😂😂.

BTW - 555, in the Nerd World, represents one of the first microprocessor ever, released in 1972 AND it's still in wide use today. Perhaps the most versatile chip ever made. Coincidence on the naming? Or a homage to having fun while being geeky...
Congratulations, you win AQUAHOLIC Geek Of The Day! 😄
Absolutely love that.
Great episode! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
Thanks for watching! 😃
@@AQUAHOLIC 👍👍
That's a huge amount of boat for the length. I've often wandered what the berthing arrangements are for these catamarans. Most UK berths or indeed most marinas allow for a certain width to length ratio. How are the berthing fees negotiated for a 25ft beam?
