Have you ever played eldrazi tron before? I think it looks interesting. I feel like with expedition map, stirrings, and crop rotation, you can have tron turn 3 most games. I would like to see an new updated list. If anyones got one. I like the idea of ramping into Ulamogs crusher and anihilator cards. not many of them legal in pauper. The green monarch card might be good too.

Aw yes. I've been looking forward to see brewers do fun things with the sneaky snacker and the refurbished familiar.
Also I underestimated how fun it is to just say "sneaky snacker." You appear to enjoy saying it as well.

The snacker is a great card, for sure, but I don't know how badly affinity wants it. It feels like it'd be better in dimir fairies or dimir control, where you send it to graveyard with delver/augur of bolas/spellstutter sprite, then brainstorm on end step, get a multiple snackers back and then crack one of the new fetches to shuffle the brainstorm lock.
I think I prefer kenku and blood fountain for indestructible flyers and recurring the familiars for hand destruction.
I think that it was really really good here. I don't think you need to force it. It's just good

Counterspell in a 3 color pauper deck is toxic AF.

Draw step>cast reunion discarding snacker> draw 2 cards and snacker comes back?

I went 3-0 with this list last night! it is super consistent and kinda scary to imagine playing against. the mainboard breath weapon caught people off guard and the counterspells were very clutch.

Great gameplay. Do you think going down of a couple of Snackers for some Frogmites to help ramping and surviving the first turns is a big loss here? I feel like Snacker is really strong especially in the grindy matches but slows down the deck quite a bit
In general I was super happy with how it played out. I consider fam to basically be an upgraded frog. I think that pressures the opponent and then snacker just gives inevitability

Have you considered Demand Answers? Discarding Snacker for cost and getting it back instantly feels good.
i considered it and i disregarded it. I would rather be able to dispute the snacker and get it back than discard and get it back

Refurbished familiar in affinity along with blood fountain is very painful. We have been testing it as well. The snacker build really gives value to the deck. But it somehow makes the deck slower. Imo

With "the creature" i mean the sneacky snacker
I believe that's what I did. You have to discard it first because you already drew a card for turn. If you discard second it won't come back

Lorien is a neat way to be able to go down one land which I liked a lot. You'd just use a land instead
Played this deck today, insane but against gates and mardu (dtd and shaman too) it's verily very tough in g2
Yeah I think dust is what you're worried about which is why I was trying counterspell. Maybe rebuke is better vs dust
The Rat and the Faery are both very good cards that playing other colors other than black and blue is a SIN

I played against refurbished familiars and is super pushed for pauper. I lost a game agaisnt affinity and using 2 dust to dust.
Card is ridiculous
The card is fine. Affinity itself is a problem in pauper.
I can smell ban-hammers in the air. It is fun while it lasts.

I think Reckoner's Bargain is worse than Demand Answers, because DA lets you discard Snackers
Alternatively, you can bargain snacker on your turn and it comes back right away

Then there’s no reason to play the broken indestructible lands. You must not play affinity much because the idea of the familiar is to spend just B always. The lands allow that
after just one match i have no doubt sneaky snacker will get banned too

you can try and find Blue and Red Elemental Blast and that could be cheaper

Ngl I feel like refurbished familiar just isn't worth be included in affinity. You can't abuse it's ETB so discarding one card from an opponent's hand at sorcery just feels super low impact. Drawing one is neat but in grixis affinty, I'm already running so many draw spells that I found myself going for those 99% of the time over familiar. Sneaky snacker also already fits the role of having a flyer body in affinity so familiar just feels like a waste. This card fits soooooooo much better in orzhov blade where it's ETB can be abused.
