2 personal bests, on a path of improvement. Ive watched her come at races again and again until she masters every aspect of the race so Im watching this space to see continued growth for Allie on track.
Allie, is the best, positive, real, humble, so happy he is improving. I hope she is able to race a few more steeplechases this Summer and drop that PR again.

I guess time sure flies. I didn’t realize she had taken 3 years off. Thought I saw her racing at one of the championships more recently. Hope she can continue to improve.
3 years is enough time to get focus and go after what you want. (I didn't like how she answered her questions) But don't get me wrong, I'm proud of her.
She did do the world cross championship in the last 3 years. She is mostly talking about on track running
@@DrTomGSmith Yeah, I might have seen her in cross country. I just thought I saw her in the steeple at nationals more recently. Maybe I just saw her in the Track Fest earlier this year.
Another year and stamina work at altitude, and she will be the kick at the end everyone fears!

She was taking a drug called spironolactone for acne and didn’t know it was banned. It’s a diuretic so banned because it’s considered a masking agent, not because it would increase athletic performance. She has a CZcams video all about it and how she has learned the hard way to cross check the list for everything now.
