Damn boi that is a fucking beast of a track! Bravo
Haha cheers mate I really appreciate😊
Sounds amazing! Just a heads up, you didn't link the "Sidechain Rack" in the description, but just the whole project template instead.
If you actually scroll down a little bit more you can find it after the timeline, among other rack I used in the video
mate what an absolute master, the amount of things I’m learning from you is insane! Bought the TechnoBank 4 as well :)
I wanted to ask if you’ve made any video about creating sounds like the ones you can hear in Pablo Say “My mind is darker / I lost my mind / Working out” ? Like the sort of woody-metallic, almost groovy sounds that are actually the lead? I can’t wrap my head around them.
Thanks for the vids and keep up the massive work! Full support 🖤
thanks mate i really appreciate, and thanks for the support !
I am not sure what sound you mean, can you be more specific with just one track and a timestamp when the sound appear ?
@@audioreakt czcams.com/video/-WWC3BMwm5s/video.htmlsi=pK12v2eeshsas5h7
this one for example, the lead sound starting at 0:50
czcams.com/video/BG21peUzgu4/video.htmlsi=XUqlOUNPUYOAxQtV
or this one at 1.25. I’m guessing they are normal synths but i don’t get where that “woody”, almost “drums” texture, comes from
@@claame that's interesting, you talk about the synth playing in the same time than the kick at the drop, its nice because usually people use whta we call synth horn ,which are similar to cinematic horn sound... but this one is very noisy indeed. I would go for a classic horn sound, then distorted it to make it very noisy, like use Ableton amp and transform it into noise, then filter that noise to give a certain colour and you should get close...
Outstanding Paul, outstanding. I'm pretty heavily invested in Logic but if anybody was ever going to get me into Live it would be you. Great work sir. (Faderfox - I tried to get them to consider a unit with a small LCD display for each pot - to negate the writing of what was assigned to what. Did say they'd probably do it - at some point, though obviously the cost would increase and it would need the clunky Mackie protocol - or something.
thanks mate. for the faderofx things, that would be awesome but seems hard to do indeed...
Like what you did with the Lead
pitch bend + cycling env on filter, that's the trick
Think we could get a hardtechno or hardstlye (whatever the debate is) track tutorial? I'm able to create melodies, just struggle where to add breaks and general arrangement. Love your videos!
I have couple already, I did a start from scratch evenn last last, just check my channel an doyu will find couples...
do you do lessons over is screen sharing?
unfortunately no, I just don't have the time for it...
So on the bass section of the video, at the end of the chain you put a high bell eq accentuating that specific frequency of the bass. How come it's not going into red on the internal volume? And you also did not touch the gain knob of the eq 8.
because the input volume (before the eq) was probably low enough that it allowed me to boost without clipping. But anyway live have a lot of headroom usually, even when you are in the red, so don't bother too much with that. Usually i don't bother and when you are clipping, you are usually hearing it...
Thank you for the response.@@audioreakt
