It’s crazy. But I had an experience just the other day. I am a manager where I work. We were extremely busy and I could help hardly anyone with their issues that day. All ages, races and backgrounds. A black woman came to me at the end of the day and said, Do you have a problem with me”. I told her, out of all the people here you are the only one to address me this way. This woman was wrong to make this public but I am a black woman and I get the most disrespect from black woman.

This is sadly true. I've dealt with a black female, in a position of authority, to do me the 💯 exactly the same way. I'm finding more and more bw in positions of authority doing things like this. For instance, Tiffany Henyard. Not all black women are like this. A person in authority should be in that position based on Merit & good working history....its like ALL BLACK females are the same, when we're not. This woman should have been immediately removed from her position, as she is clearly biased against her own folks. I don't give up, nor do I entertain messy under no circumstances. I worked in management and 98% of the problems came from BW. A female relative told me to not look out for BW. My job become easy easier once I took her advice. If a BW tells you BW are problematic, that's something you shouldn't ignore!

I've worked with many different types of women, all capable of the giving attitude. I've watched those same women she so fond of, use their sexuality to get what they want. If you tell them no one time, they are publicly accusing people of sexual impropriety! Then once they get that settlement money, they are right back at it. I think her issue is deeper than the attitudes of Black and Hispanic women. Maybe she don't like being told no!

Based on her comments about her own attitude she’s probably an authoritarian not a leader, and treats them like they’re beneath her. Therefore, she hasn’t earned their respect. Black women are definitely known to be vocal when there’s an issue and it’s only a problem when we’re defending ourselves.

It's too obvious, it's embarrassing. I was studying in McDonald's and in less than 4 hours 2 different black women tried to cures and fight staff.
