Hey AVC, it was a great parade, thanks for your work on hosting it! My family was in the background, and I thought you might want to know for next year, you could probably get a better shot of an excited crowd in the background if you made sure they could hear it. We could tell stuff was happening up there, but could barely hear any of it. I felt bad that everyone by us seemed so distracted, but we had no idea what was going on up there!

Absent Veterans, who are no longer present in person, are hereby celebrated by civilian brothers and sisters, military presence, and public in the thousands observing and celebrating this parade in Washington DC, year 2022. And it's all well and befitting, as it should be. However, as many of us who have been fortunate to observe, and even participate in similar parades-celebrations in other countries, sometimes wonder, indeed think about it, as to why we barely compare with the well-prepared, government supported well organized public celebration of other countries. And we deserve it! Our veterans and active military deserve it! Our parade celebrations are generally good and appreciated by good participation, but they don't compare at all with what one sees, enjoys and participates in European and South American nations. And we, as a nation, together with our veterans and active and retired military citizens, totally deserve a big annual celebration. Why don't we have them? Is it money? Lack of interest or participation? What is the answer to these questions?

Thank you all who served in all wars I want to personally thank you for the service thank you for giving me my Freedom and serving our country I have two flags flying on my Porch that is the American Flag & the Tennessee Flag I will not fly the Rainbow flag ever on my yard I represent the Rainbow for what the true God put in the sky for when he said I will not flood the earth again he put a rainbow in the sky when het put Daniel in the Lions den God put a rainbow so this pride stuff is not what he intended his words of the Bible just read it you might be amazed what the word says really says about our nation Psalm 33:12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,The people whom He has chosen for His own inheritance
