Never cooked duck meat . Is it bit tough? Probably will try this with chicken.
Duck meat is great, it's only tough if you overcook it, or you get a bad cut - Lee
It is popular to brine duck because it is more dense. But it has a texture more similar to a good steak because it is fatty, so I wouldn't call it tough as long as you don't over cook it.
Duck is delicious. Give it a try.
